Last time I stayed was pre-remodel in 2014, now the rooms are updated and quite nicely appointed! Had a great stay, staff was excellent.
Nice hotel downtown Ft Worth
Very nice facilities. Large comfortable rooms with Big TV.
Pool was indoors and very small.
The hotel would’ve been fine, had there been a pool. Google images of the hotel showed a sprawling rooftop pool lined with chairs, but what was there, was a tiny indoor pool suited more for water aerobics or rehabilitation.
Cancelled by hotel
I arrived to hotel at 10pm my room was prepaid but they gave it away they sent me clear down the other end of the city I was looking forward to being right there in middle of sundance square to comf walk to various places. They paid for all accommodations but it still was not what I had set up to do.
Service was great and attentive. Everyone was very helpful.
The bed is hard as a rock. Walls are thin. Room decor is dated.
The location downtown Fort Worth so we could attend Main Street Arts Festival and have easy access to our room.
Due to dietary needs I must carry certain foods and it would have been easier to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The location is perfect! Close to everything! We were able to walk to the water gardens just fine.
Room service wasn't very good. The potatoes were gross and they kept messing up our order.
I had a screaming headache one of the nights at around midnight, the staff offered to open the small store when I asked if there was anywhere in the area to get some advil. Everyone we encountered was nice, and helpful.
The breakfast though great was pricey if you are not a big eater. Also, I did not know parking was additional.
Fine choice downtown
Right in the thick of a pleasant downtown. All staff encountered friendly and effective. Comfortable room with great view of downtown (our side of the hotel). Expansive lobby.
It was very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing!
Could not use the hot tub. There was a family of 12 in it. Including babies.
Worst Experience Ever
I am a native of Fort Worth and was in town for one night. This hotel is awful. I stay in hotels more than 100 nights per year. The hotel promised a king bed and had none. The insolent woman at the counter did not care. I placed the breakfast menu on the door and no one collected it. This pretentious hotel was once a destination. It is now poorly managed with an insulting staff. Ed Bass deserved better as a centerpiece of Sundance. I will never stay there again and warn others.
The staff is extremely helpful and efficient
