Center of the city location, perfect for both shopping, dining and business. Modern decor, great rooms with city views. Front desk is a pleasure to deal with....quick, knowledgeable and will do all possible to help every way the can. No lines or wait time checking in or out. Breakfast is fantastic, both assortment and service. The only hotel really to stay in Frankfurt. For those expecting massively large reception hall, this is not it. It is a boutique hotel, but what a hotel this is.

Great location and beautiful rooms. If you workout, you have access to a fantastic health club which next to the hotel. The rooms were what I would expect for a hotel of this calipher. However, common areas such as the lobby were small and became crowded with guests checking in and out. I was disapointed with the level of service from the staff. I had a maid wake me up on a Saturday morning before 8 AM wanting to clean my room. I wasn't even checking out that day. It took a number of staff levels and a fair amount of my time to get that situation resolved to my satifaction.
