Great, clean bathroom. Small but adequate room.

two twin beds pushed together was a bit uncomfortable for two people.

Room was tiny but very modern and clean. Beautiful skylight-like window that opened to a view of the mountains, and let in outside air nicely.

Room was extremely small even just for two people with one backpack each. Made it a little hard to move around.

Loved that they had on site parking. Loved the spacious and clean rooms. Steak house in the hotel was wonderful. Close to all major attractions. Very friendly staff.

I liked the central location of the hotel and the availability of leisure facilities and the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and I particularly liked the spaciousness of the rooms

I found the menu in the restaurant to be somewhat limited. All the main meals were all cooked in a heavy sauce and very limited with accompanying vegetables.

We were very satisfied with the quiet and pleasant environment. The room was well equipped, we lacked nothing.

hard beds, not the best value. It is a decent place but rooms need to be 10 euro less and the menu prices dropped by 15%. Then this would be an outstanding value.

The most friendly family staff ever encountered in a hotel. They went above and beyond my expectations.

The first room was too hot so we were moved to another room. It was no trouble to them at all.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful, quiet and beautiful area. The relation price/benefit is good. Parking is available, as well as there is a supermarket very close which opens also on Sunday. Very close to Innsbruck. I recommend!!

The room was smelling cigarette and they should pay more attention when cleaning the bathroom. But it was not that bad.

The bedrooms are very cozy and warm when it is a little chilly in the air. The cost is very cheap even though I used 3 bedrooms apt.

3 bedrooms apt is a semi basement room. I think the owner should add some more hotel information about it on the reservation details for guests.

The only positive aspect is the location of the hotel.

Good restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff (both reception, restaurant and cleaning). Staff speaks English. Free wireless internet with an allright download/upload rate: I had no problems with ordinary use of the internet including webcam video transmission.

When using the wireless internet a lot for e.g. working in the hotel room, it is a little annoying that you have to sign in to the internet with a new username and password for every three hours. But the staff at the reception is very generous with the passwords, so you can get e.g. five new passwords at one visit at the reception in order not to have to go there every third hour.

The rooms were adequate, if antiquated. We (there were 6 of us) thought the prices for dinner were way too high for the area, so we ate out. The location was good for cyclists who are going through the passes.

Loved the hotel, full of character, the owners were very kind and hospitable, the pool was lovely, loved the small details in the rooms and the breakfast, you could feel the effort they put in their hosting, would defiantly come back.

this is a real design hotel, but nevertheless very comfortable. The rooms are very large and the view opens to the mountains. The station of the "Hungertalbahn", that leads to the mountains is just in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendlier than usual.

the hotel is on the border of the inner city, so just a 10 minutes walk.

this hotel was in the best location for train travellers. Did not even need to leave the station to access the hotel.

This hotel is a class act with nice rooms, nice buffet breakfast,and a great locations near the historical center of town.

I booked a single room and requested a possibility to change for a double room later. Although we got a double room, it was much smaller than the other double rooms in the hotel, with a slanted roof, which made impossible to go into the bathroom bending. Given the size and comfort of the room I would expect a discount on the price. It has been very cold in the room, the manager of the hotel provided a heater for the second night, which helped. The hotel is located far away from the city, with absolutely nothing around.

Everything is great, the people, the food, the house. The hotel is a very old house perfectly mainteined, even there is a room that is kept as is was lot of years ago for you to admire. The house is situated in an extremely quiet road ideal if you go by car and do not want to be in the center of the city. I would recommend to navigate by coordinates, since the GPS may send you to other direction if you put the adress. Or contact previously the owner to get precise instructions. Dont miss this hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was well presented with magificent views of the mountains. The rooms were clean and the restaurant provided excellent meals .There was ample space for parking.

The location was great and the views from the room were fantastic. The facilities at the hotel were the best we had encountered with saunas and pool etc.

Great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. The staff is also very friendly; we arrived at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon and enjoyed a quite nice cake buffet and coffee at 3pm. The four course dinner in the evening was simply wonderful. We only stayed a single night, but I could have easily enjoyed several nights at this hotel. The hotel rooms are a comfortable size and nicely appointed - especially for Europe. The deluxe double room we chose was quite comfortable for myself, my wife, and our two year old child.

The pool was pretty cold. I was expecting a heated pool for my toddler to enjoy, but it was just too cold for her.
