Pros: Very good customer service. Food was good, room quite clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: When I checked in, I discovered I could have gotten a much cheaper rate had I gone directly to the hotel to book my room.
Pros: Friendliness of all personal we came in contact with. Location, proximity to multiple restaurants and businesses.
Pros: Rooms were clean.
Cons: Not very many choices at breakfast.
Pros: The soaps smelled amazing and it was very clean. I felt at home. I also was very appreciative of getting a late checkout because I didn't actually get to Gadsden until 1:30AM and they gave me a 12:30PM checkout. I was so grateful for that.
Cons: I was moved around a bit upon check in. The man who checked me in had to really search for a room for me. I was worried there would be someone in the room when I went in. It happened because the staff had moved some guests around and hadn't documented it.
Pros: Decent breakfasts and pleasant staff.
Cons: Room 308,. My first room, had a constant low humming/throbbing sound akin to being above a night club.
Pros: Very clean and the staff are very helpful, a great place to stay in the area.
Cons: As with last time the price rocketed towards the day despite the hotel only having 8 guests. Typical messages of only 4 left at this price. Issue is really with the facilitators of the purchase rather than the hotel itself.
Pros: Good, clean hotel, well serviced with very helpful staff.
Cons: The price skyrocketed on Kayak by $25 from one day to the next. The hotel was near empty so it had nothing to with demand.
Pros: All staff went out of their way to help us in every way. From discounts on our stay due to bereavement to group gatherings before and after services.
Cons: We were disappointed with our recent stay here. The room we were originally assigned smelled like a gym locker. The wifi was down, which to me is unaccceptable in 2017. Worst of all, the staff seemed bothered and annoyed when we asked for both of these things to be fixed. We will not stay here again.
Cons: 90 degrees outside and SC was turned off when we arrived to the room. Room didn't smell good, and being hot didn't help.
Cons: The hotel was filthy. The room was musty and dirty. My husband and I considered sleeping in our car but ended up sleeping on top of the dirty sheets. Shower temp fluctuate constantly and scalded my husband. Horrible experience. Never again. Disgusting.
Pros: Nice place for the price. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again.
Cons: Didn't have any problems

Cons: This place is terrible and I'd sleep in my car if I had to so I'm not picky.I itched the entire time, shower smelt like urine, the recliner was stained and looked liked like it was found on the side of the road, the shower curtain was filthy ,the carpet was dirty and apparently several families live at the hotel so I had a block party going on next door and down stairs .The bed was sunk in and the pillows were flat. The air conditioning didn't really work and even after spraying the room with air freshener it still has a smell of musk in the air. This place shouldn't be open but you do get a nice TV !
Pros: Hotel was ok. last minute reservation. not a lot of choices. We needed someplace to sleep and take a bath.
Cons: Television cable went out twice and front desk had to be called for repair. They came promptly.
Pros: The cable
Cons: Its absolutely disgusting
Pros: Nothing. People were being loud outside all night. My bed was broke down and ants were everywhere!
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: rude staff. Called me a liar.... Could barely speak English. Holes in walls and blankets. 4 police cars were sitting in the parking lot when we pulled up. Doesn't feel safe.
Cons: very dirty, cock roaches, stained chairs, stinks, just very dirty thank god we only slept there very nasty place
Cons: Clerk was not particularly friendly and tried to overcharge me. Room was worn and not pleasant, even had some Nazi graffiti scrawled in the closet.
Cons: very old hotel shabby furniture chairs had burn holes and was stained, bath had lots of mold water had a moldy 'mossy' taste. will NEVEWR stay there again. did not get the king reserved one double in room.
Not my first, second or third choice for a place to rest my head.
Pros: Four walls and roof over my head. Running water that could get hot.
Cons: The overall condition of the room was poor. There was a moldy scent in the room mixed with a menthol smell. The cost of the room was marked up from what was listed online before taxes. Questionable holes in the walls and furniture.
I will not stay at this Hotel again unless they get Wi-Fi or Internet connection.
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: No Wi-Fi
It was a mistake, but also an adventure.
Cons: Too many people coming and going all through the night keeping the girls busy upstairs.
Pros: No comment
Cons: Yes, I wished I had researched the area a little better and looked at the reviews before I booked it. We didn't stay there because the rooms were nasty and very dated. No Supervisor on site to resolve issues. Very BAD experiance.
