Cons: That the breakfast buffet is $16!! I don’t eat dairy or meat so there was nothing for me to eat. And I wasn’t going to pay $16 for a piece of fruit.

Cons: When I made my reservation I asked for a double room. When I checked in all they had was a smoking room. I had no choice but to stay since I paid online. I wouldn't have maid my reservation if that's all the rooms they had. Other than that the hotel was ok.

Cons: The room needed touch painting and overall the cleanliness was poor.

Cons: Front desk manager was of no help when rooms were not ready, did not acknowledge us at all or apologize when finally got into room 1 1/2 hours later. Hardwood Floor in bedroom was dirty (bottom of socks worn were filthy), couch in room was full of dog hair, downstairs area had ceiling tiles missing, renovations are still not completed after 2 years, requested foam pillows ahead of time and at check in and told they are all synthetic (not true when got to room with duck feather pillow I am allergic too), maid did not clean floor or couch when she came to clean. Same sheets left wrinkled on couch after cleaning.

Cons: Too close to Interstate traffic noise, no complimentary breakfast

Cons: The room was dirty. The hotel desperately needs a refresh. My room felt more like a cheap roadside motel. It certainly was not worth what I paid for it. I do not feel like I got the best for my money.

Cons: There are many plugs available but no USB availability. They say they are upgrading and some rooms may be updated but ours wasn't.

Cons: The information about menus and room service was not in the room. Also, when requesting hospitality package with toothbrush never arrived. Not dedicated areas to seat down and work or have coffee in between meals or meetings

Cons: The facility is really old and not clean. Furniture shows wear and tear on them The house keeping service is not very good. They don't clean well and they leave some I cleaned items like used glasses without exchanging them. They also do late house keeping service and they don't have an on call housekeeper if you need some cleaning at night which all four stars hotels do

Cons: The first room we were assigned had a stench and we asked to move rooms.

Cons: Lack of any services, including room cleaning during the stay. The "breakfast" was limited.

Cons: Fan in bathroom. Body wash, firmer pillows, friendly check in.

Cons: The stay was in May 2020, as we were coming out a COVID stay at home. There was no food service, the restaurants and bar were closed, and no room service. No facilities, e.g. gyn or pool, were available. There also were no room cleaning services during my 3 night stay...no clean towels (I had to ask the front desk), bed was not made. Disappointing for a Hilton. They did offer 1000 Hilton points. However, the price should have been discounted, noting the limited services.

Cons: You need to be a member to get free wifi. Yeah in 2016 this hotel does not give free wifi. Staff rushed our check in experience to get back to texting. The level of service at this location does not meet the standards that Hilton has set. Not worth the money. Buyer beware.

Cons: The general manager, Tim, had scheduled parking lot renovation for the weekend we were there. When we returned to the hotel the majority of the parking lot was blocked off and we were unable to park near the entrance closest to our room. As the entire parking lot appeared to be blocked off I stopped my car at the main entrance and went to the desk to ask where I was supposed to park. When I was told that I would have to park on the far back side of the hotel, this would require a walk of more than 300 feet, I explained that I have heart failure, I need a new heart, and that I'm not able to do that. I asked why on check in I wasn't informed that I wouldn't be able to park close to an entrance by my handicapped room. At this point Tim came from the area behind the desk telling the desk clerk that he would handle this. he informed me that there were handicapped spots on all sides of the building, so surely I could find one to use. I attempted to explain that not all handicapped people are alike, so not all handicapped spots are alike, and what my physical limitations are, but Tim talked over me saying we can move your room. I explained again the purpose of asking to be by the pool was to be able to spend time with my daughters, and moving me to another wing made it impossible for me to spend time by the pool with them. I asked for a workable solution where I didn't have to pack up all of our stuff, move our room, and not be able to spend time with my daughters. Time then said he would have someone "hold" a handicapped space (again on the far side of the building) for me, I then pointed out that this was in fact illegal, and the situation currently made the hotel non compliant with the ADA. Tim frequently yelled at me during this exchange,pointed out that he was the GM so there was nothing that would be done. When I asked who the owner is he snapped "Wells Fargo bank" at this point I gave up on finding a workable solution as the chest pain had started, I went to my car, and drove to the far side of the hotel, maneuvering around the construction equipment, having one construction worker wave me through and another then drive a piece of equipment almost into me. I finally get in a spot, and we start the walk to our room. (Had I known about the construction I would have brought my wheelchair like I do when walking distances is required, the hospital loans them for visitors and I mistakenly assumed I wouldn't have a great distance to walk). Instead of being with my girls I went to bed. Since my diagnosis five years ago I take every chance I can to make memories with my daughters, and this trip could have been filled with fun memories for them, instead it was a stark reminder of what heart failure has taken from our family. Tim could have found a way to make the situation work with my physical limitations, instead he wanted to show me that he was the boss, and he made all the rules.

Cons: The room was not cleaned to standards I’ve come to expect from a Hilton hotel. That alone wouldn’t have lost my business if the hotel staff had responded well, but when I talked to the clerk at the front desk, he was defensive. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. My memory of this stay will include a toilet that didn’t flush right, not having a bar of soap for the shower, a big dark stain in the middle of the carpet, putting in a request for housekeeping at check in but not having housekeeping come. I will say that the hotel did send housekeeping to the room after I talked with them, but by then, I was back in the room for the evening. With Covid, I didn’t want housekeeping in the room while I was also in the room. The hotel was nowhere near full. If the clerk had immediately apologized and moved me to another room, it would have made all the difference. I definitely won’t rebook this hotel when I’m back in town in two weeks, and I’ll stick with Marriott chains in the future.

Cons: Noisy hallways, staff, breakfast was awful

Cons: Rooms are a little dated (but still very clean). No fridge or microwave in the room we stayed in (not a huge issue, but could've been helpful, and many other hotels include them nowadays).

Cons: Bar tender not quite with it. breakfast waffle maker a mess and needs instructions posted better.

Cons: The office used to have two computers and now has one. I had to wait a few minutes to be able to get some work done. Not a big deal but maybe something that could be addressed.

Cons: The view from our room looked out at a wall 3 feet away. When I tried to make coffee the coffee maker smelled like it had been cleaned with nail polish remover. When I opened a box of their soap and there was a pubic hair on the bar. This was obviously a used bar of soap.

Cons: This is a 2 to 3 star hotel at best with above average hotel rates. Owners and management need to upgrade the rooms and stop using caulk to cure 30 year old problems. Faucets and fixtures are from the 70's and should all be replaced. Has potential to be a great 4 star hotel. Would stop here again on business or leisure but not until the place has had a face lift.
