This is a top quality hotel situated on the busy main street into Gallipoli. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast on the roof-top terrace was a nice feature.
Decent room, very helpful and extremely pleasant staff, good location for sightseeing locally and further afield No restaurant service other than breakfast no proper bar so limited for relaxation when not touring or in case of poor weather
1)Although staff could see that we were approaching the hotel with heavy luggage they didnt help. 2)Staff werent at the reception desk on several occaisions which meant we couldnt get into the hotel as they kept the front door locked. 3)Hot tub on the roof was out of action.
The breakfast could have a bigger selection of food and please no plastic cups in the bathroom
Great location with a very helpful staff.
Quiet location although in the midst of the old town with easy access to great restaurants and the beach. Staff were wonderful. Room and private terrace superb.
location, staff, nice hotel breakfast on roofgarden, la terrasse, le site, le personnel, le charme de l'hotel absence volets, only curtains on the windows
The rooms are particularly original and comfortable.
Fantastic location, superb room and excellent customer service. Limited selection for breakfast.
Beautiful hotel, we had a standard room with terrasse, quiet and not expensive according to the qualities
Staff is very kind and helpful. Location in the old center of Gallipoli is charming. Resort is absolutely charming and comfortable.
The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The building was beautiful and if only the weather had been better, we would have taken advantage of the rooftop garden. The location of the hotel meant that parking nearby was impossible and we had to lug our suitcases through the town. We had not realised that this would be such a problem when we made the booking.
We had an exceptional room on the top floor, which offered great privacy and a great place to relax; it was extremely warm in the town, but we were quite comfortable.
Very friendlyand extremely helpful staff, great location, close to the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby all within a very short walking distance
Not really a beachfront hotel, but the terrace on the top floor gives a good view of the Ionian Sea. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace is nice. The facilities are new, and it's very clean. 1 block from the main thoroughfare in town, Corsa Roma, so it's highly convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. Wifi was reliable and free. I'd stay here again and recommend to friends. Air conditioning worked well. Small room with miniature desk and small uncomfortable plastic chair, so not really a good place to do work on a laptop for instance. No other furnishings besides the bed and the chair.
A modern structure in the very core of Gallipoli. Clean, comfortable, and with a friendly staff always there to help you with everything! The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and Gallipoli's oldest borough is priceless!!! Highly recommended hotel, believe me! ; )
Friendly staff, big clean comfortable room & an decent breakfast. Our room had a nice view of some of the harbour too. For the money I'd recommend this hotel.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were appointed to a very high standard. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. There are none.
Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great (continental). You also get free access to the beach (deck chair) included with your stay which is a nice bonus.
A nice hotel with a stunning sea view from both the rooftop terrasse and the breakfast room. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Bianco is a small family-owned hotel, very clean and well positioned behind Staff is kind and room are cleaned very well every day. We got a very good discount, so for 80 Euro / night we got a 4 person suite room with balcony and sea view, very good value for money. Gallipol main street with a wonderful sea view from most rooms and the breakfast room. You can just walk to the center. You need a car in order to easily get to the several beaches availbale in the surroundings. Wireless Internet not working in all the rooms as stated.
Very friendly and helpful staff-nothing too much trouble. Dinners excellent and very good value.
Everything !!! Everything was perfect !!!
The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make a non Italian speaker feel at home Nothing
This is recently (2008) fully renovated hotel with un a small hill with marvellous views over the sea towards Gallipoli. The hotel has also a rather good restaurant. The hotel beach is about 5 mins walk, small, mostly rocky and not suitable for children. However, at 10 mins walk there is open and free sandy beach. The individual terrace is also large. Hotel beach is rocky, but sandy beach is near.
hotel brand new and very clean. beach 100mt from the hotel. personnel very nice and efficient. top floors rooms recommended for the big terrasses featuring. breakfast ok but not fantastic.
The staff was outstanding and very accommodating to the guests. They went above and beyond the call of duty! The location was right by the sea with a delightful walk to the city center and the beach. My room was very clean and well decorated and the bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in during my 6 months of European travel. I stayed for 4 nights and would have liked my towels to have been changed out at least every two days. Especially since it is a beach city! Also, a couple of nice throw rugs for the doorway would be helpful when you have sand on your feet. I was always using my towel to wipe my feet clean.
This B&B is perfect! The owner Betty is so kind and so helpful. My boyfriend and I really loved our stay over there. The rooms are very clean. Betty kindly accepted to give us a room with a sea view. The breakfast is also great! A lot of home made pastries, cakes and croissants are served. In addition, the location of the hotel is perfect! Very close by to the castle, shops and restaurants.
Location, is central for the old and new Gallipoli. All effort was made to acccommodate any request and ensure I totally enjoyed my stay
The room was beautiful.
Good location for visiting the old and new part of the town. Comfortable, clean and airy room, nicely decorated. The Palazzo has a nice big roofterrace with a view on the marina. Mrs Elisabetta (Betty) is very friendly and helpful in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast at the Fontana Grecca is limited, but satisfactory.
Very nice B & B, breakfast not served on site but at local cafe (bar) capo/cornettos. Must park at port 5 min walk from B & B.
Luigi was always helpful and available No
very aesthetically pleasing - a lot of thought has clearly gone into the decor - room kept very clean and I loved the location no hot water on the first morning (though after that there was always plenty) - bed (though comfortable) was two singles pushed together rather than a real double - & not suitable for anyone who really doesn't like high ceilings ;)
Great location right in the middle of the charming old town and with short walks to city bus and the new town. Very charming old building, great rooms and bathrooms, all new. Breakfast served at nearby bar, fresh croissants and cappucino. We were happy with everything. The taxi was not allowed to drive all the way to the B&B, but we were met by the manager who helped with the suitcases all the way to the B&B and up the stairs to our rooms, both upon arrival and departure. Very good service.
