Pros (+) They improved the continental breakfast from the last time I was there. But the staff is still very very rude and unaccommodating. They have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. It surprises me that they are allowed to use the Good name of the Days Inn" because they are a far cry from any other that I've stayed at.
Cons (-) The staff is NEVER friendly, nor smiles, and are very Unaccommodating when you ask for something. There's an older gentleman that works at the continental breakfast that has such a rude personality and no customer service skills that should be FIRED! I asked for a very simple request at breakfast and he refused to do it for me, rudely sent me to the manager at the front desk. I go and the Mgr. Of ...

Cons (-) Lampshades falling off lamps, pluged in things fall out of loose electrical outlets, ratty carpets, horrifically small and uncomfortable beds, freeze or sweat only AC units, everything else old and disgusting.
