The friendly qualified staff speaks Lithuanian, Russian, English. Perfect airco all over the place incl. the well equiped room. Modern (Swedish style) outlook, all facilities in the room operates. Restaurant quite good, menu offers enough choice. Safe parkingpossibilities. Efficiently organized.

I like that there was quiet peaceful and and not many peoples. The room was really nice and verry big for three persons. I like that third person bed was on second floor.

The room floor was a little sandy.

The lady at the check in came with us to our car so that she can speak to the police and grant us access to the road which was closed because of the festival. That was great!

Yes, the breakfast at the hotel is rather lacking choice, the food is cold and the overall presentation is insufficient for this type of hotel and price.

Room was clean and although a little sparse it was neat. Reception staff hepful in making suggestions of what to do and see. Kitchen staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This is billed as a business hotel. There was a group of people in the bar when we arrived. It was a Saturday and as time wore on the crowd became more raucus. This uproar went on until about 2AM It was complicated because the rooms are not air conditioned and since Klaipeda was in the middle of a heat wave, we had to keep the windows open

The reception is very kind, and have free pack deposit. The breakfast is the best and it contains fresh fish.

Maybe they can improve their English...

The reception staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful, being able to answer all my varied questions, proving to be well informed about Klaipeda and Palanga

Above all, it was the location I was taking into account prior to the visit. And I was not disapointed. Then the overall appearance of the hotel was quite nice. Rooms were quite comfortable, especially double bed.

If I want to complain, there could be something about A/C, a bit poor choice at breakfast, worn towels in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very poor, there was very little buffet choice and we were offered only omelette or pancakes for a hot breakfast.

Very kind to us. Carrying suitcases up stairs etc. Opened the kitchen one hour early to make an omelette for us before we rushed to the train.

Big suite Perfect location

A/C broken, customer service is lacking. We got back late to the room and found that the room was hot, and the air conditioning was broken. The hotel was fully booked for the festival "Juro Svente", so the staff was unable to relocate us to another room. We could not open the windows to cool the room because there was a load restaurant and busy square below, with smokers under the window. The room was hot and we were stuck. The person at the desk explained that others were having similar issues, and offered a fan to cool a family of 4. Upon checkout, we explained that the reason we booked the hotel is because it had air conditioning, and that we had an uncomfortable night. We were offered a "soft drink" for our terrible night. We asked for the manager and waited a long time. She was very friendly, but not very helpful. In the end, after explaining that our expectations were not met for a "luxury" hotel, the manager offered nothing. After a half-hour of back-and-forth, "It's our fault that we let them know earlier that it was broken" she finally offered a 20% discount, but because my card was already charged she would need to wire the refund to my account. That was a week ago, and I still haven't seen it.

Hotel was not full so there was space to go to the breakfast.

Hotel was crowded employee but they were concentrated to discuss with each other, service was not on the top on their list. Breakfast was stuffy like one day used sock. I suggest to chef to visit some good hotel to see what is the fresh and good breakfast. This hotel quality is on B&B level.

Nice view on the city and the sea of Klaipeda from the bar/restaurant on top of the building.

Mostly friendly, at least correct staff. I booked a deluxe-room with a wonderful view on the harbor and the Curonian spit. Breakfast was very good and included in the price, and so was Wifi in the rooms.

The room-safe was locked when I arrived, so I called the reception. They gave me a code with which I could open it. After I had set my own code and locked the safe, it was still possible to open the safe with the pre-set code I got from the reception. When I asked for this to be changed, the receptionist couldn't see the problem and just gave me the safe key, which was really useless, because the safe still could be opened by everyone who knows the pre-set code. This is not what I would call "safe".

This hotel was amazing. The room was gorgeous and had excellent appliances. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is amazing Armenian food and I could have eaten there every day. The Turkish coffee was especially delicious.

It is a bit far from the downtown area, so be prepared to walk for 10-15 minutes.

They were extremely helpful despite my being in and out during the night and early hours of the morning for work purposes - so I want to thank them for that.

little bit hard to find cause when you googled the adress for the hotel they navigate you to other place! we spend 1 hour find the right place so beware about this

Great location just 300m from the ferry terminal, and 300m from the amazing beach on the opposite side of the Curonian spit. Interesting boat-like building, with modular cabins, more suited to being a hostel than a hotel but very nice.

We liked the cute dog but expect that many guests would not be happy about the smell.

Close vicinity of Klaipeda town centre & close to the Akropolis shopping centre. My wife & I chose this hotel because my son was getting married and the hotel was close to my dauhter in laws parents house

location - this is not Klaipeda or Palanga. Hotel gave an incorrect location. GPS does not show the location. Book only if you have a car

Other reviewers say the location, staff, price, and atmosphere were very good. I would not really disagree. However, we paid too much for a double and had cold showers, so we feel other potential guests should hear what can happen here. My rating would be 6.

At 10:30PM my wife took a shower and the water was very cold. She called the staff and was told, " Oh, many people must be taking the shower now. Try later." This meant that cold showers were not unusual. I tried later and the shower was very cold. The next day, we saw people waiting to check into the hotel. We decided to take a shower early. We tried at 630PM and the water was very cold again. No other reviewer mentioned cold water; if we knew there were cold showers, we would never have gone to this hotel. The listing for our room also said "maximum 2 people", so we thought we were getting a double. I most probably did not read the listing carefully enough. Our room had a double and a single bed. We thought we were paying for a double, but we paid for a triple or a family room.
