"Did not like anything about the flight Did not get economy plus that I paid for"

Cons: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

Cons: "My seat was broken and when I alerted the attendant, in a rude tone, she replied “what do you want me to do?” Not exactly the friendliest experience. It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."

Cons: "Seats are too small and dont recline for an 8 hour flight. You feel like an animal in a cage. No choice for dinner and no snacks between dinner and breakfast."

Cons: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Cons: "Cramped in a tiny seat behind someone well over 6’5 who kept slamming his seat back to get more room. We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

Pros: "Very comfortable and smooth flight, on board entertainment on first leg of trip was great. Food was fresh and good. Nice coffee & Tea service,"

Pros: "One crew member was particularly nice and personable."
Cons: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Pros: "Everything. Nothing ever goes wrong when I fly SAS which is why I seldom don't. And if something does go wrong their manners and spirits are high and they make sure everyone is still happy and comfortable. Best service in the airline industry."

Pros: "I had read several horrible reviews after I booked my flight but I was pleasantly surprised. The check in and boarding were smooth and had no issues. The seats, though not overly large, we're comfortable and not tight. The food was good and service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience."

Pros: "They gave us blankets and pillows. Each seat had its own entertainment system but it only worked with the earbuds given out by the crew and the controls were cumbersome to use."
Cons: "The plane was hot and stuffy the entire trip. There are no longer individual controls for air. It was so uncomfortable and we were hot a sweaty the whole flight. The crew said that there was nothing they could do about it."

Cons: "Cheap airline, entertainment system failure, paying for soft drinks?????? Food was an absolute disaster on one flight and no food service at all on the second flight. Abysmal service on both legs. Call for further details."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable and the onboard crew were very nice."
Cons: "Since the flight was delayed taking off, the layover in Stockholm was very short. The airline did nothing to rush those of us through or contact our connecting SAS flights, and a few of us missed our connections by just a few minutes because of it. SAS did provide alternate tickets for me, but I arrived at my destination several hours late and the whole situation could have been avoided pretty easily."

Cons: "My selected seat was broken and I was moved to a seat directly on the side of the toilet. Not nice!"

Cons: "I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

Pros: "The free, in-flight movies, the in-fight dinner, and the friendly, multi-lingual staff were GREAT commodities."
Cons: "I was in economy/SAS Go class, so it was nearly impossible to get more than one or two hours of sleep on a long flight, (i.e. about eight hours). Maybe they should reserve the seats with extra leg room for those who actually need it, and have the seats recline even further."

Cons: "When waiting to board the flight, it was difficult to understand when different parts of the plane were boarding because of the soft volume of the loud speakers. All people could really hear was "boarding now", which created a bit of a rush of everyone. It would be helpful if there were an SAS representative to stand next to the line, to physically say to people, 'Okay, we are now only doing priority boarding. If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane. Thank you." This will to help guide people BEFORE the ticket check."

Cons: "Charging for second beverage. Losing our bag and not getting it to us for the duration of our travels, despite repeated promises to do so."

Cons: "My long haul flight was delayed by two hours and ten minutes. I only had 2 hours and twenty minutes between flights at CPH. When we landed, we were assured our flight would be held. I got off my first SAS flight with 15 minutes to make it to a gate 20 minutes away. I will point out I was going to another SAS flight. I booked it, even running when I could. My flight took off without me even though I was only three minutes late and had been assured the flight would be held. At least 12 other people were in the same boat. My rescheduled flight had me do yet another layover and I arrived in Warsaw a full 6 hours late. All because SAS was incompetent to hold their flight for a few minutes."

Cons: "Late take- off and landing. Indifferent flight attendants. Two of my children were bullied into giving up their bulkhead seats to a couple with a child. We had to pay extra for those seats and we were given no compensation."

Pros: "The plane was brand new with comfortable seats that had adjustable headrests. This made sleeping very easy. I was impressed with the food and the flight attendants were great."
Cons: "The seating area was cramped making it difficult to move around, do work or view the screen.I know this is typical of coach class but I still don't like it. The selection of movies was adequate but smaller than I'm used to. There wasn't much in the way of music to choose from. Only one choice for jazz and classical."

Cons: "This is not SAS's problem, but it was not very pleasant to have to board the plane by steps in the pouring rain. Got through it, though!"

Cons: "Plane was old and really dirty. no televisions. I booked a premium seat, but was assigned a middle seat in economy. Not sure where the glitch took place. Cabin crew was friendly though. ALSO, SAS/United booked my connection through O'Hare, giving me about 1.5 hours to clear customs and security...I was only able to make my flight due to some nice people who let me cut lines and a lot of running through the terminal. Generally annoyed with the experience."

Pros: "I slept for most of the flight, and had space to lie down. I skipped the dinner, and the stewardesses did not wake me up at all, inspite of their serving most people on board. When I woke up close to landing, I asked for a cup of coffee, which the stewardesses made for me promptly. The flight was smooth, and the good night's rest was refreshing."

Pros: "Clean airplane, good food and good customer service from check in to landing."

Pros: "I liked that it was comfortable and that the crew did not constantly make announcements or wake you. They made boarding easy. I loved being able to utilize the lounge. My 4 hour layover was easy and relaxing."
