Cons (-) Staff was neither informative at check in nor educated upon inquisition on hotel policy/protocol resulting in a malinformed stay. Casino smells like hot metal and old public dryers. Breakfast not included under misleading pretenses.
Pros (+) We enjoyed having the shuttle to take us to and from the casino. Toiletrees smell great, and are natural based products. The staff was very friendly! Only complaint is the beds are very firm.
