Pros: The river view.
Pros: We showed up early and they had our room ready, very friendly and courteous.
Cons: Everything was great
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Can even call it continental.
Pros: Walking into the room was like a breath of fresh air. It was 91 and humid outside. The room A/C was on and made the room very comfortable.
Pros: Updated facility, overall cleanliness, helpful staff, inviting accomodations, convenience to local establishments & very comfortable room!
Cons: Bottled waters, 4 regular coffee k-cups (rather than 2) & an in-room safe would be nice to have in the rooms.
Pros: I like the professional services at the front desk and the pool.
Cons: Not having a charging stations at the pool
Pros: The room was beautiful and clean.
Cons: The breakfast bar kept running out.
Pros: Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Super clean and updated room . Great price . Would definitely stay again .
Cons: Ground floor room and was unable to close my curtains for privacy. A second floor balcony room would have been better. I should have asked.
Pros: Everything was great here.
Pros: The staff and the breakfast.
Cons: We could not close the drapes to keep out the lights from the businesses across the see street.

Pros: The room was clean and bathroom roomy and beds were pretty comfy.
Cons: The air conditioner would not stay on and cool the room to what it was set at very well.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: First room they offered was a smoking room. smelled like a bar.
Pros: Friendly desk staff and adequate breakfast. Location worked out well.
Cons: Smell in the hallway was musty. Pool area had mildew at the door and dripping windows from moisture. We chose not to use the pool.
Pros: Great sized room well laid out. Wish we were in the river side but did not think about it at check in.
Cons: Breakfast was about the level of super 8. Expected more. Zero gluten free options except fruit and yogurt for my wife. Rice or corn Chex cereal would have sufficed. Decent coffe though but small cups.
Pros: NIce location and a clean hotel.
Cons: Desk clerk was rude.
Pros: Hotel employee was our favorite part of our stay. She pleasant and has a nice personality.
Pros: We like the location and hotel in general. The staff is very friendly!
Pros: Comfortable pillows
Cons: Didn’t have much of selection for cable tv and the WiFi was very slow. The breakfast was ok but could have been better quality. There was a lot of noise above us for most of the evening and early in the morning. We did not report the noise to the front desk as to not to be rude. The side door didn’t work with our room key. All around should have been a cheeper stay for the quality.
Pros: Really nice stay! Walked in to cookies fresh out of the oven! The nice lady at the desk was wonderful! Clean room, comfy bed! Cute town!
Pros: Staff could not find my reservation. No computer to use broken Found out it's been like that for 9 months. Staff said she could fix bit didn't get paid enough to fix. No breakfast either. Supposed to start at 6am. We left at 6:30
Pros: When we checked in, we were chatting with the Front Desk person and brought up the reason for our trip being our 25th wedding anniversary and she stated we could not only have a room with a view but also an upgraded room. That was very sweet of her! She was so friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros: It was fine for the $ and we had 2 dogs.

Pros: Pool was ok. Staff was nice. Breakfaat was excellent.

Pros: The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and perfect location for our needs.
Cons: The pool seems to be out of order a lot.
Pros: Very quiet
Pros: Good place to stay on the way home
Pros: I liked that they are dog friendly.
Cons: I think the sheets were over bleached. The skin on my thighs were mildly irritated by them. This has happened in different hotels so its nothing new for me.
Pros: Was close to the area where we wanted. Had a nice restaurant and bar close by and the rooms were very nice and clean.
Cons: Only that the pool was out of order, but it looked like they were updating it for the future. A worker was actually there on a Sunday doing some of the refinishing to the interior of the pool.

Pros: The size of the room was amazing
Cons: Our windows looked out on the staff's outside break area.
Pros: The room was HUGE! We had a king size bed, a recliner, a desk, a table and chairs, a hot tub, bathroom, and still enough floor space to dance around on! The bed was very comfortable and after staying four nights, we were sad to leave for the next hotel on our journey :-).
Cons: The pop machine charged by credit card $2.10 but never gave me a drink.
Pros: Beautiful rural setting overlooking the Mississippi.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Only one staff member was friendly. The other 3 not at all. Seems like they weren’t interested in working
Pros: Good continental breakfast
Cons: Check in was extremely slow Banging in room next door all night T.v. schedule really hard to locate shows
Pros: The location was very convenient for my trip. The bed was good and the staff was very welcoming and helpful especially in the middle of the night.
Cons: I feel that there could be more offerings at breakfast. The sign being out made the hotel hard to find at night.
Pros: I liked that the hotel was right near the river, and our room was very spacious.
Cons: I can sleep just about anywhere, but these beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain both days. There were bugs all over the windowsill area at the far entrance, and even though we stayed a couple nights, they never got cleaned up. Our room was only about half clean, as we found a plastic milk ring next to the nightstand and paper crumpled between the recliner and window. Not huge deals but attention to detail? The secondary entrance at the other end never required our key cards to get in. It was always open. That’s a HUGE safety concern! One of our rooms smelled like a moldy basement, and the breakfast offered was like something from my childhood. It was never replenished, so even at 8 AM, there were no bananas left, 4 pieces of other fruit, 2 doughnuts, 2 bagels, and the same amounts of cereal that were in the dispensers the night before. My sister in law even ended up with a mild concussion because the sidewalk in super uneven. I understand it may not be fixable right this moment, but hit the crack with spray paint so it’s visible. Luckily, my nephews didn’t catch it, and of course, it could happen anywhere, but the desk agent told her the same thing has happened to her and others. Maybe it’s time to look into it. We only switched our booking here because we thought we’d have a pet with us. When that changed, we weren’t allowed to make changes to our bookings without charges and figured that ‘by Wyndham’ meant it’d be pretty decent, even at only $70/night. Oh—and if anyone in your party has mobility concerns—no elevator, so be sure to request the whole party a ground level room.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Breakfast was very few selections
Pros: Rating this against a back-to-back stay at a Super 8 in Milwaukee last night, there is almost no comparison. Everything here is clean and well-maintained. The price was less and yet I feel we received a lot more value for our money. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Cons: I wish the staff could choose an alternate place to smoke besides the front door.
Pros: It was convenient.
Cons: Will never stay there again. There was dog dirt in the corner. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room was. The dinning area was dirty and only could see one employee working the front desk and breakfast. That person was over worked.
Pros: Location and value
Cons: The help was not friendly or at all ambition.
Pros: Super helpful staff.

Pros: We had a problem with our room and the desk clerk Ann went above and beyond to get us another and couldn't be greater. She should be Employee of the Month. The room was nice and great location for eating places too. Would highly recommend
Cons: I don't like the sink not in the bathroom but that is just a personal thing
Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: Didn't care for the pillows, but that's a pretty minor complaint. Overall, very good experience.
Pros: Good location by the highway. Easy parking. Well lit. Clean and comfortable room. 1-night stay.
Pros: The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The property was clean and in a great location.
Pros: The fresh fruit available. Allowing us to use the breakfast area to eat the pizza we had delivered.
Cons: The carpet in the hallways were covered in dirt and mud off of someone's shoes. It was everywhere. Would have been nice to see that get vacuumed up really quick.
Pros: The hotel is clean, quiet, and close to Walmart and restaurants as well as gas station and not to far from major highway. The staff are nice and willing to give assistance or information when asked.OH,i like the breakfast.
Pros: The food was great, especially the omelette.
Pros: Our room had a roof over it
Cons: The front desk was horribly rude. I will never stay there again.
Cons: The property around the hotel was just littered with beer bottles and trash.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Sat. night , was very noisy. The people above me could be heard walking across the floor, and those next to me were up & loud late at night & in the morning.
With a stay at Regency Inn in Geneseo, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Geneseo City Park and Richmond Hill Players. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great staff. Clean. Comfortable. Super valve.
Cons: A little out of the way but not bad.
Pros: Location good. I've stayed there before. Breakfast okay. Just typical - nothing special.
Cons: The room had cobwebs hanging all around the ceiling areas. Obviously they do not look up to clean. There were ants in the bathroom. Probably in the main room as well but with dark carpeting we couldn't see them. Ants in the breakfast area. I found some crawling on my hoodie when I was having breakfast. We checked out immediately. I informed the counter person.
Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable. Everything we needed and expected.
Cons: Nothing we did not like. Everything met our expectations. Breakfast had limited choices, but was fine.
Pros: Nice breakfast area and very adequate breakfast items. Was a nice surprise to see the pancake maker and the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! Great mattresses. Staff super helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.
Cons: Window sills definitely need to be cleaned! Our room had dirt and small dead bugs and obviously hadn't been wiped down. I cleaned this myself. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Pros: Breakfast choices good
Pros: Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, the staff was very helpful finding a place to eat. They had life jackets and pool toys for the kids to use. Nice big bathroom I was able to actually move around in.
Pros: Positives: the staff were friendly, the place was cosmetically updated and the modest breakfast was nice. Sufficient for a quick in and out place to sleep while in town for a funeral.
Cons: It smelled bad inside the building, like maybe a sewage or gas problem. The hall floor was very bumpy, even though the carpet looked newer. Our security lock was busted, so useless. The iron, which we needed to use, had black gunk on it. The front desk gave us a sheet to protect our clothing, instead of a clean iron.
Pros: Location and staff was friendly
Cons: Crappy pillows. Too hard.
Pros: Very high quality hotel for only a 2 star rating. Better than some 2.5 star hotels I have stayed in. Room clean.
Cons: They should have waffles for breakfast as an option.
Pros: It was clean and the a/c worked very well.
Cons: The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The light fixtures were missing bulbs.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and room's very clean
Pros: The location was perfect for where we needed to be.
Cons: The room was clean but had a musty smell that bothered my allergies.
