I got upgraded room in 5th floor the staff was very kind, helpful and nice gave me free ticket public transportation for my stay. Location is perfect and you have a star bucks just downstairs

Good breakfast though a bit expensive if one doesn't feel like a cooked breakfast. Great location, quiet and safe in the centre of Geneva and within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants
