Family atmosphere. I was well looked after.
Not many places in the village were open as it was out of season
Extreme care from the staff and extensive knowledge of the region including other regions surrounding Montalegre and Terras do Bouro. Good and complete breakfast with milk, coffee, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes, juice, tea, etc etc... Relaxing view from the cafeteria. The rooms and the other areas of the hotel were very clean w/o any kind of unconfortable noise or smell (as mentioned by others) and were very confortable. They have an indoor parking for customers with is very handy and make your life easirer. Definetly above the average regarding price/quality ratio.
Good place for trips into the mountains of National Park Peneda Geresz, it is more mountain hostel than a hotel; own car park
Family environment,quiet, friendly and comfortable
No internet facilities
The location is perfect, the people is nice.
In hot summer days a AC would be a plus, mosquito nets in the windows would help for those that like sleaping with open windows in the summer.
Good value for money, and the private parking lot was a blessing.
Breakfast was terrible and the rooms aren't soundproof enough. I could hear snoring coming from two(!) separate rooms.
