My family and I enjoyed very much
The breakfast didn’t have scrambled eggs and bacon
I loved my stay at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and approachable, the location was calm and the rooms were very very clean, plus, the bed sheets were extremely soft and comfortable. The room isn't expensive looking and it doesn't need to be, especially since it's super comfortable and clean. I had a little mix up with the rooms, i had lost the key, but the staff were cordial and helpful and gave me another room to stay in without any extra costs.
I didn't like the lobby very much but that's only an aesthetic issue, since it seems it doesn't get as much use as the lobby and sitting area in the hotel next door. Otherwise, there were no issues.
Having the choice of breakfast in the morning was perfect. The room and setting was clean and very homey. The staff were friendly and our host was very helpful with our day trips from Porto. I would stay there again.
There was little not to like. The room was a little small but the bed was big and comfortable. Since there was the two of us there was not much room for our packs, but the hospitality made it all worthwhile.
Prefect location. Proximity to spa.
Swimming pool too far away from the hotel.
This colonial hotel has everything: large rooms, bathrooms with tub, beautiful restaurant and huge lobby with beautiful vintage furniture and decor. We absolutely loved it. Luxury as it used to be in the past !
Everything was excellent!
