The staff was very friendly and very willing to help you out with any questions.
The showers and toilet were in the hallway. This was not mentioned on the website.
Far too expensive for what is really an optimized youth hotel - in the guest house first room was a dump, they moved us to the room that's on the web site, no double glazing, above the street, beds moving with the traffic, stained bed-cover and finally end-up in one of the hotel room which were about ok
I liked the atmosphere of the old monastry best.
The expensive breakfast and to little toilets for to many people.
Quiet place. Old amazing monastery.
Very close to city center. It's quite an interesting setup. Good price, although adding parking and breakfast the price ended up being quite a bit higher than initially thought.
The mattress was pretty soft and sagging. Mosquito screens in front of the windows would not hurt.
Comfort and cleaniness of the room was good. Continental breakfasts, although expensive at 12.5 euros, were superb. Situated in a quiet location this hotel is excellent value for money and close to main historical centre and tram routes. Thoroughly recommended.
It was an unusual experience to be sleeping in a monk's cell.
Only a cold tap in the room and the toilet and shower quite a long way off.
quiet, yet convenient location; value for money; character of hotel
upgraded due to refurb.given quiet room as requested
