I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go"

Cons: "The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!"

Pros: "Use my built up miles for the SEA-ANC leg of our trip, as to physically price it out as one ticket usually increases the fare by 300-600 u$d depending upon time of year. As it was the tail end of an already long journey (OKA-ICN/ICN-SEA), booked the First Class Cabin. Every mile was worth it."

Pros: "Jeff was our flight attendant in first class. He is an excellent flight attendant. He has an amazing attitude and his manner made us feel as if we had been friends with him for years."
Cons: "Passengers who pay retail for first class on domestic flights should get access to the Delta lounges even without the AE card. Other airlines do this, and we have come to expect it."
Pros: "Again, Delta used to offer this level of comfort and service on domestic flights. Great food and entertainment selections."
Cons: "For some reason overweight people like to get the middle seat and then spill over into the adjacent seats. I had to lean out into the aisle to sit comfortably without touching that person. This resulted in me getting hit by every person walking in the aisle or the serviré carts. While I do understand that overweight people have the right to fly, they should pay for the space they occupy like the rest of us. This person literally should have had two seats."
Pros: "Even though the flight was delayed by a few minutes we still arrived on time."
We paid Lufthansa for reserved seats months before this flight. Apparently this was not forwarded to ticketing as the clerk at check-in gave us seats at the very back of the plane next to restrooms and storage. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep at all on our overseas flight. We sincerely hope that our accommodations are better when we return to the US on October 11th.
Wasn’t overbooked, so it was nice having an empty seat next to me. Appreciated the on time flight. Food was really bad though. Received stale vegetarian sandwich with just a slice of cheese and shredded carrots on it. Very strange and not tasty. I didn’t order a vegetarian meal either way of my trip but received all vegetarian meals because they said that’s all they have available.

Cons: "My email is not linked to my phone, so I got no warning notices of two gate changes waiting for my connecting flight home. I waited at the original gate (C39) from arrival time (2:30 pm) til boarding time (5:40 pm). When I saw no change to my destination, I checked the United App to find that the gate had been changed C33). Rushing to C33 I found another flight boarding at that location with one United Representative who could not stop to answer questions. Seeing two unoccupied Representatives at the next gate (C32), I asked if they could help me with the confusion, they said I should check with gate C33 - which I told them that she was too busy with other passengers. I searched for a Departure Board and discovered that gate C33 was still the gate, but "aircraft maintenance" had delayed the flight until after 8:20. After having to check my carry-on because of lack of space in the overheads, my departure from the airport was further delayed another 30 minutes. Upon returning home and checking my email, I found notifications of two different gate changes (C33 & C44). Announcements should have been made at both gate C39 about the changing of the gate and at C33 explaining the problem. The captain's lame excuse about air conditioning and Phoenix's hot weather was lame to say the least."

Pros: "Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers."
Cons: "It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United."

Then we were told we need to get off plain, and board a new plain at gate 72. There was a miss communication and we had to go to gate 82 instead.... just a horrible experience."

Cons: "I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."
