Pros (+) It was the best trip I have ever had. Everyone is VERY friendly, the resort is beautiful and in the perfect location to do everything.
Cons (-) There was nothing I didn’t love, aside from the wildlife tour.
Pros (+) Check in was great: efficient, friendly, quick, user-friendly. Good assistance with bags.
Cons (-) check out was disappointing: hurried, grouchy bell-hops, rude employees. No assistance. just because your in-house schedule causes a congested environment at 12noon doesn't mean you should forfeit your excellent service reputation.

Pros (+) This hotel has a beautiful atmosphere inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. Coffee bar served delicious coffee and pastries, lounge was lively and made great drinks.
Cons (-) I booked two rooms on the same reservation and they put us on different floors. When I requested to be on the same floor they told me there were booked at different rate, but could not tell me what rate that was. She did put us on the same but would still like to know the rate.
Pros (+) Stayed over Valentine's Day weekend and though it was packed, all staff was very polite. Room was clean. An assortment of restaurants in the hotel. Aurora Bar & Grill has an excellent steak. We will be back!
