Pros: Fantastic restaurant adjacent to the cabin. Delicious food. The cabins were 15 miles from Danali, but only an easy 15 minute drive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location close to Denali NP. Our rooms overlooked a beautiful creek. Clean, comfortable room. Restaurant on site with good coffee for our early AM departure. We enjoyed dinner and our server was delightful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. The staff very friendly. The on-site restaurant was great! Breakfast was fantastic and the bakery items were great, especially the Cinnamon rolls. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: I would not recommend the Denali Jeep tour as was a waste of money and you just drive on public roads and never off road and see very little wildlife. Was recommended by staff so would to not any more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff answering questions and making reservations before the trip. On arrival, it was everything we had hoped for and more. Clean cabins, close to the park and all the amenities you need. The pleasant surprise was the restaurant where we had some our best meals of the vacation. Highly recommend all round.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The fact that I was woken up by the staff for no reason.

Pros: Position of the hotel with a beautiful ambience. The rooms were super clean.
Cons: The bathroom and washbasin are separate. And many times it causes inconvenience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent . The food was a average.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ease getting from train to Lodge. The views are amazing.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great view (but here during smoke so we didn't see much). Breakfast buffet - fresh butter, good scones, plenty of variety, good berry jelly.
Cons: For oatmeal - could use some nuts (pecans), link sausage was very average, pretty pricey for buffet. We expected more people to be eating breakfast. Only 2% milk available - no whole milk.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Facility at high cliff need to drive zip zap up, not luxury for the money
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was spectacular. High on the mountain over the Nenana River. Our room looked over the parking lot but it did have a tiny balcony. The beds are comfy, but the tub is too short for a good hot bath after a day in the woods. Having a fridge is great to pack in your picnic dinner or cereal & milk, because it’s a track down the hill if you want any food besides the gourmet fare at the restaurant.
Cons: Nice basic room anywhere else for top dollar.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Cons: The restaurant prices were high.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.

6.3 Good

Cons: Because of above, it’s always crowded like train station in lobby area.

Cons: Very poor Wifi
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for seeing the park. Our tour actually picked us up at the resort. The resort provided box lunches, for a fee, for the Denali tours. The resort had a nice shuttle that would pick you up at your room and escort around the property. We had a wonderful breakfast at the resort. We were within walking distances of shopping and dining options. The resort had some nice walking trails.
Cons: We enjoyed everything
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The courtyard, live music and location
Cons: The way things were spread out, ending up in room 666 with a terrible view when I requested a room with a view since this was our honeymoon.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room and reception staff.
Cons: High price of the resort and no breakfast included in the room rate.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Didn’t get room I requested a month in advance. Too expensive for small room. No WiFi in room. No free breakfast for the most expensive room in Alaska for our trip. Just not good. Will never stay here again.

Pros: Lication
Cons: Small rooms.

Shuttle service is great. We booked a bus tour for Denali park thru Alaska Connection by Pursuit and they picked us up at hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall the room was comfortable and clean in a great location close to town with access to restaurants and shops. Shuttle from the train station and luggage service along with the checkin made accessing our room easy when we arrived.
Cons: Flywire door didn’t close properly. Was unusually warm during our stay and therefore the room was uncomfortably warm as well especially considering there was no fan.

Pros: Very clean and newer property. Large well furnished and decorated rooms. Nice restaurant on the property.
Cons: Parking was somewhat limited.
5.5 Okay

The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Staff was friendly. This year July was 90 degrees no fans or air. I’m a big baby I know.
Cons: Lack of fans
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was close to the park which was perfect because we booked a tour through denali national park. No extra charge for parking! Very large room that was very quiet and comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions.
Cons: The price is really high... Wifi was not included and you had to pay extra for it?!! For this hotel and the price you pay this is outrageous. You are in the park and they don't have a restaurant for dinner. Only two food trucks. One is thai (which is really good and okay with the price), the other one is mexican (you pay a lot and the eat portion is really small).
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are located overlooking the Nenana River, each with its own balcony. Very quiet and peaceful location.
Cons: Biggest issue is food. If you don’t want food from a Thai food truck (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) you’re out of luck. That’s all they have on site. You can go across the highway, but the buffet costs $25 per person - highway robbery for what you get.
5.0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: surly service, high cost
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Expensive WiFi! Location across street had free WiFi, even for people not staying on property.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: New building. Very clean and nice
Cons: Needs to have better internet access.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Our room overlooked the Nanana River. The view was spectacular and the river sounds made for great night sleep.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast provided except from a food truck. (It was good!) Beautiful location with a walk by the river. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive, spacious room with good clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, coffee and tea, internet. Convenient shuttle to the park and to the train station.
Cons: A breakfast would have been appreciated. A lower price would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: River view was amazing. Room very comfortable. Housekeeping great. Hotel grounds very nice, cute cabin names. Store well supplied. Laundry facility clean, affordable and in working order. This place has something for everyone- tent camping, RV, rooms and cabins. Food trucks on sight great value and taste.
Cons: No queen or king beds, 2 doubles only! TV too small. No fridge.
Denali Park Village - McKinley Park - Building
7.5 Good (80 reviews)
6.8 Good
Pros: There was no breakfast. Not sure what you are talking about. Room was pleasant and clean.
Cons: For the amount of money charged, the room should have included a mini-refrigerator and microwave. There were only 2 ice machines for the whole complex and they ran out of ice at night, as everyone had to fill their coolers to keep food cold. The onsite food was overpriced, just like the rooms rates. They can charge very high prices due to their location. Hard to find parking. Had to walk a long way to parking lots.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room beautiful, spacious, amenities. Food, bar, shopping, entertainment, fire pits, rocking chairs, walking trails, cleanliness, concierge, box lunches, tour pickup/drop off, river view and deck.
Cons: Walls were thin. Guests in adjacent rooms can be heard and outside noise from guests can be heard. Needed ear plugs. Meal prices at restaurant too high.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Food expensive & very average
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Transportation from and to train station was seamless. Arturo, a shuttle driver, went above and beyond his duty.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Too noisy, barely sleep
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was clean and atmosphere was pleasant.
Cons: No place to park, set up of facilities was confusing and had to carry luggage through gravel and no one to help with luggage. Electricity went out for a while before check out and electrical outlets in room too few and poor (plug ins kept falling out) and the beds were like sleeping on hard springs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is neat. we stayed at the #800 cabins. The complex is like a neighborhood. There are a restaurant and a convenient store within the neighborhood that makes it quite convenient after a long day at the national park.
Cons: one needs to pay attention to #700 cabins. one side of the cabin faces a bus depot.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location. Good shuttles.
Cons: Rooms very dark. Minimal lights. Beds too soft. Staff could have been more helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was fabulous!
Cons: Liked everything about it.
