Convenience for shopping
We finally escaped hectic family life for 2 nights and looking forward to chilling out and relaxing but the room we were given was very small, bed not too comfortable. Handicapped facilities in bathroom so no bath to relax and chill out. From previous experience of 4* Hotels I feel that this hotel did not come up to standard alot of little extras missing, e.g. size of bed & size of bathroom
The location of the hotel was perfect for us, the room was fine, nice and quiet at night, and the staff were all very nice and helpful
Maybe a little pricey considering breakfast was not included, as I heard later, the holiday inn express next door was the same price and did include breakfast?
Convenience, location & value for money
Great location, clean rooms and comfortable bed.
The size of the bedroom was so small and the bathroom was tiny. Not what I expected from Holiday Inn
Food excellent, staff friendly and helpful
Nice hotel, comfortable room, good location
Central Location.Clean,friendly.But it should be given price and star rating
Traffic noise.also noisy clients in middle of night. But it was a weekend near Christmas.
Location is great. Bar is a cut above the usual Holiday Inn.
Room a little small. Also, it could be a bit noisy but since it fronted onto a busy Glasgow street that was unavoidable.
was in a smoking room
