The staff were friendly and didn't make you feel that you were a bother at any time. I also liked the fact that the only people in the bar area after midnight were residents (with or without friends).
I was a bit shocked at the variance in the price as I stayed for 2 nights and couldn't believe the hike for the Saturday, felt this was exploitation.
Lovely room - we were upgraded to Junior Suite from Executive Room. The Collage Bar in the corner is fantastic - the layout, staff and food just excellent. Champagne cocktails in the Atrium Bar are worth coming back for.
Car parking arrangements are poor. Didn't expect to arrive in the snow, have nowhere to park at the hotel and then have to pay £30 for parking elsewhere on the weekend.
the hotel was lovely, it was our silver wedding and the hotel mad it very special, room was beautiful and breakfast was amazing thank you

I was there for a black tie function and found my stay and function most enjoyable.
