10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean appartment. Everything we needed was there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent, very clean, great layout with modern design
Cons: There was no instructions regarding how to use Foxtel however the staff were very helpful and showed me personally
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Large clean apartment, friendly staff and we were able to organise a slightly later check out with no issues, which was very helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is conveniently located and is clean and well kept.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well appointed and comfortable room.
Cons: Parking access was awful. Location on a very busy suburban road made entry and exit difficult. Many of the hotels in the area had far better access to restaurants. Bottled water was available at exorbitant cost - $3.50 for a small bottle!! And then there was the single Tim Tam at just $2!!!! Just as well I’d bought a 10 pack earlier in the day for $1.82.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, easy to access
Cons: Bed was a bit soft and rolled into centre
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cheerful, friendly & helpful staff (Leticia). Great location, excellent restaurants.
Cons: Car parks were painfully small. Not a big deal & difficult/impossible to change, but you did ask.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I received a room upgrade so that was great! Staff were very helpful, room was super comfortable and great WiFi!
Cons: I don't like the whole shower over bath tub.. prefer just a walk in shower. But only mention that as I can't think of anything else that I wasn't a fan of!
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location and staff were great giving us a late check out, room was nice and had lots of room
Cons: The reason we wouldn’t come back is because of the ridiculous parking fee per night, when the parking is inside the facility you would expect the parking to be included, but no we were surprised with even more money that we had to pay, let alone the $200 that they had to hold while we stayed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness & Service

6.3 Good
Pros: Service was very good when we arrived.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was extremely comfortable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Location was good, at about a 10-minute walk from the Oakley suburban rail station. The kitchen was functional enough for uncomplicated cooking, although the quality of the cookware (pots and pans) led to the food being stuck to surfaces which made it difficult to clean the vessels. Also, one of the two bedrooms lacked its own a/c (the unit was in the living room), due to which the room was warm and somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. However, this problem is likely to occur only in hot days.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The mattress to old lumpy and soft, when ever you turn you end in the middle as it dipped. The water in the shower did not spray out it poured out needed to stand directly under the head to shower.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet for such a busy spot. Own balcony a bonus.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for what we were doing. Staff super helpful.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: No Breakfast
Cons: The light over the bathroom mirror was inadequate. There were no shelves in the bathroom to put clothes or toiletries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and efficient and patient.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was spacey and well priced
Cons: Having firm pillows as an option

Pros: Location was fantastic.
Cons: Breakfast was ok but they mess up my eggs request. I did not receive the order and I had to leave without having them. I had mentioned that the lighting in the room was not bright enough as well insufficient sockets near to the beds for easy access. Someone came to my room to check and promised to look for adaptors. However, I have never heard back from the gentleman during my 3 nights stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was yummy. Front of house staff new zealand lady was beautiful and extremely helpful.
Cons: All the extras we had to pay for breakfast, parking where previously was included in cost of room.cleaning staff entered room whilst my daughter was changing. Pubic hair found in bath. Toilet doesnt flush properly. Low pressure on cold tap poor msking shower far to hot. Left charger in the room and the told it wasnt found. Which means its not cleaned properly or cleaner has taken it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern, spacious and clean room with all that you need
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Cons: Ate at The Butcher. Service at 8:30 pm slow and food average at best and rather expensive.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Very old and needs upgrade re bathroom - paint peeling. Difficulty locating hairdryer

8.3 Excellent
Pros: the beds were comfy and the shower was great
Cons: I booked a room for 3 people but only received 2 towels and 2 cups, etc. When I checked in the receptionist took $100 out of my account and said that I would pay the remainder in the morning. The receptionist in the morning informed me that this was incorrect and that I had to pay the full amount and that they would refund the $100 - still waiting on that refund. I checked the small print and it states that I would be charged a prepayment of the full amount after reservation so I have had an authorised only payment taken twice.

Cons: wasn't enough coffee and tea variety
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fresh and plenty to go round
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: we had a light fixture just fall off in the bathroom and spread shards and dead bugs everywhere. the desk said they would get maintenance to fix it so we went out all day and it wasnt sorted. Changed rooms and then the wifi didnt work. it was a holiday weekend and the hotel staff were almost all off - there were long periods where the hotel was un-staffed (eg no one there). this is just not acceptable and there were no signs etc saying the desk would be unoccupied. the pool was also filthy. overall extremely poor and I wont be staying there again.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Unfortunately had a cold shower in the morning
8.8 Excellent
Pros: While a little old in appearance, the room was quiet and spacious, with a big comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, good shower, a big TV, and quality amenities including a fancy kettle and a fridge in the room. Perfectly fine for a few nights when you don't need a fully equipped apartment. We had a drink in the bar in the evening in front of the fire, with some decent wines to choose from. The bus stop for direct buses to Monash Uni / Synchrotron is right out front, which is handy if it's a typical Melbourne winter and raining!
Cons: My TV had a menu that kept popping up every few minutes. I couldn't fix it and it was annoying. There is not much locally re restaurants, so you probably need a car / uber.
7.0 Good
Cons: The spa bath really needs some attention. Even when it was clean it looked filthy.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed a few times and always enjoy.
Cons: Spa could use a flush through. Not as clean as usual. Otherwise all good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful front desk staff - warm greeting, personable and efficient. Nice spacious room, comfy bed, great shower, spotlessly clean.
Cons: Twining tea bags in the room were great - but International Roast coffee sachets were a huge disappointment for this coffee lover!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: the room was clean and spacious and the location was very good and quiet
Cons: the breakfast was the disappointment of the stay firstly we booked for two but were told that we had to pay for the second then when we went in to have breakfast there was only a couple of bowls of fruit and tea and coffee when I asked about the eggs and bacon I was told that is only during the week not on weekends so we had to go elsewhere to have breakfast. also the spa didn't work.

Greg PS. Excellent value for money.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Gardens, chapel, reception hall
Cons: I think the motel rooms need updating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: colourful garden that lights up at night, electric blanket to keep you warm at night, easy parking on site, being next to the freeway, was surprised you hear no noise from the traffic in your room. short walk to shops.
Cons: no major negatives, the venue is a comfortable place to stay. the venue would suit travellers like myself looking for reasonable priced accommodation in the eastern suburbs. I will stay here again.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Couldn't get it - needed to be ordered the day before.
Cons: 1. WiFi stopped working on both days one and two. 2. The door latch was broken and without the help of the receptionist (who fortunately was still there - she leaves the property at 5:00 pm - we would not have been able to re-enter our room. Previously had taken several minutes to get out of the room. Management had been aware for some time that a replacement latch was needed but had not fixed. Even after being drawn to their attention it remained unfixed the following day. 3. Two pieces of cowling fell off the front of the spa bath - no one in the bathroom at the time but gave us a hell of a scare.
6.3 Good
Pros: The tv didn’t work. Rooms were very outdated , for what was charged for the room.
Cons: Didn’t feel cosy, ambience was cold, a paint job perhaps would brighten the room.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was great, right next to a large shopping mall with all the conveniences. Proximity to Glen Waverly restaurants was also great.
Cons: No air conditioning and had to keep doors open for cooling which then resulted in traffic noise coming into the bedrooms. Especially significant as the 2 of the bedrooms faces the mall loading/unloading areas as well as refuse centre.

Cons: No king bed No TV in bedroom

6.8 Good
Pros: Location. Comfy bed.
Cons: The shower was hard to control the temp of water and the spa hadn’t been cleaned (holding tanks were full of dirty soapy bath water)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our Breakfast was delicious,a very generous serve.your staff members are to be congratulated on their attentive, caring service.
Cons: maybe a choice of fresh milk/soy.instead of UHT.milk.?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean very friendly and great location , the girl on check out was very friendly we will be back
Cons: Nothing was perfect for us
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: This room was$155 dollars for an executive King room. It had outdated furniture from the 70's . All faded and terrible. Hard bed. Hard towels. Dribbling shower and banging doors all night.
5.0 Okay
Cons: No centralised aircon means at night you can’t sleep well: either you can’t sleep because of the aircon is on and the noise keeps you awake or it’s off and you can’t sleep because it’s too cold. I imagine in summer the same problem with being too hot. The bathroom is poorly insulated and was really cold every time I went. I got disturbed by the noise to bedroom doors closing/slamming early morning when I finally managed to sleep a bit. Also This is not a hotel but a motel and you should call yourself so. I feel a bit cheated as I was expecting a real hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Safe underground carpark. Quiet area and very clean. Near to shops where my kids love it especially the cinemas. Great and friendly host when checking in.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was basic but everything that we wanted.
Cons: Nothing this was a perfect stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: unit needs work cracked tiles etc
Cons: units appearence
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location
7.0 Good
Pros: The food was excellent - I wanted to order similar items the next night but the menu was changed. But still great selection. Not much of a dessert menu to choose from. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming.
Cons: Cleanliness - the cleaners do a reasonable job of the main areas, but under the desk (I wanted to plug in a charger - it was very dusty and obviously had not been cleaned in years. The bathroom was the same. Cupboard had 3 coat hangers only and needed a few more. Last time I had to change rooms because the TV didn't work, this time the phone didn't work but was fixed. The toilet is located so close to shower screen which seems designed for a righted legged amputee.
7.5 Good
Pros: Layout of the room
Cons: No door on the bathroom for privacy

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: The curtains were dirty or stained. They would not close. I had to hold them closed and push the couch against them so nobody could see through them I paid for a continental breakfast in my room and wrote 9am on the slip and told them the same. I rang at 9.15, and again at 9.30 to ask where it was. When it arrived there was no milk for the cereal, 3pieces of day old bread to toast but only one packet of butter
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great shower pressure
6.8 Good
Pros: Convenient easy to catch public transport.
Cons: I didn't realise it was a smoking room and previous guest had smoked out front and left cigarette butts scattered in front of the door. Although the door was open in check in the room smelled of smoke.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location convenient to Monash University
Cons: It galled me for the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel, and I travel often to many places in different countries, that I was asked to provide a so called security deposit on the room. It needs to be more clearly stated in the information about this place that such a thing is required. I was not expecting it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good
Cons: There was no cutlery in draw to make a coffee
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was convenient, parking good, bed comfy
Cons: Room needed a good clean from top to bottom. There were hairs in one of the beds, cobwebs on all lighting, electric blankets on beds didn't work - pointless having them on the beds, chair back was broken - lucky we didn't lean backwards. Shower pressure and temperature terrible.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for us, just across the road from the venue
Cons: The motel is showing its age and needs to be updated
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfy bed and heating and cooling work well.
Cons: Awkward in bathroom with towel rail sticking out. No fly screen on bathroom window.
7.0 Good
Pros: Was very close to our venue and staff were very friendly.
Cons: Curtains were not closing properly and while apologetic there was a wet towel in the fridge.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient as we had an event at the village green complex
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a brick and the pillows were like padded bricks. Worst sleep of my life and my body is very sore especially my back and neck. No spoons were provided either so made coffee and tea making difficult

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the hospital
5.8 Okay
Cons: Drunk noisy guests at 3am
4.5 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: We were advised to keep the card infron of our room and the facilities locaked the car park from all side resulting in tremendous amount of problem for us. Thanks to passer buy who could help us to take the car out , otherwise we would be stuck their till mid day and there was no one available at the counter to help. This is not acceptable at all.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and tidy but the TV is an old model and the picture wasn’t clear.
Cons: The shower wasn’t clean and need some renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay wonderful staff
Cons: The door was hard to open and close
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Better with electric blanket
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The included breakfast was a "boxed breakfast" which was sufficient for each of us. It consisted of cereal, juice or up n go, milk & muffin. The hotel is very close to Monash University (reason for our visit), so for anyone needing to attend there it is perfect. The bistro was nice & there is a Nando's across the road for cheaper meals.
Cons: Considering size of the room it would have been nice to have a microwave. Also, please stop using UHT milk in the bistro when making coffee with your coffee machine...
7.0 Good
Cons: The shower head was the biggest disappointment, it wasn't enjoyable at all
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy
Cons: Shower was terrible

5.8 Okay
Pros: Was close to where we needed to be
Cons: Bed broke in middle of night , legs of bed where bent and one was missing so it was something that could have been avoided . Bathroom was in need of upgrade and had to run the hot water for five minutes before we got any and no taps on bath?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The unit was a nice big size
7.5 Good
Pros: Self contained with all necessities for cooking. More than enough room.
Cons: Everyone who sat on the couch stated that it smelt like cat urine. 5 people unprompted. The photos in the add of the specific room we rented did not match the room they gave us. Manager upgraded us to the room that was displayed in the photos. Had to clean around the edges of the room. Dust. Marks on walls.

6.3 Good
Pros: Property was not badly priced, good size apartment. No problems with late check out.
Cons: Very old buildings and rooms, bit misleading on the photos. Our Fridge/ Freezer was not turned on at the wall, when we put our food in on the first night it was all off by the morning.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good for business meeting nearby.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was filthy! We were married at the previous owner Quest in 2003. We were so looking forward to being there. Could not believe how it’s gone down the tube now owned by QUALITY INN
5.8 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed, No traffic noise, Accessible location with ample off street parking.
Cons: Asked for early check-in if possible and received confirmation via booking .com from motel management that it was but told on arrival at reception no early check-in was available. Spa bath inoperable. Was offered another room without spa but no tariff reduction offered. Bathroom freezing cold [winter] and no door on shower screen so water soaks tiled floor and/or mat near shower. Extraction fan in bathroom could not cope with steam generated by shower. Refrigerator wasn't plugged in to wall socket properly and food spoiled on first two days [self rectified]. Was informed by reception when I asked that room change-up was not daily and not on Sundays [but staff came anyway]. Only enough shower gel ect provided for one person even though it was a two person booking and then only enough for one day. For some reason the wardrobe door near the bed was taped to architrave on one side therefore that door could not slide to allow access to half of the wardrobe. I was informed that by reception that the facility had changed ownership/management since our previous stay and it is now just basic accommodation compared to service/s previously offered. Previously a full buffet breakfast was available but no longer. Compendium needs updating as it seems to be the one from previous owners/operators?

Cons: The showerhead was coming off the wall
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Spa and how comfortable the Furniture was.

Overview Reviews
My house is near shopping center and train station. The bus stop and TAFE school are just 1 minute walking.Monash Uninersity is around 10 minutes by bus and Deakin University is 30 minutes by bus. The bedroom is spacious with a queen-sized bed.It is a room in a shared house and all public areas in the house can be shared, such as the kitchen. I also have another single room which is cheaper than this one. 1)Breakfast and daily pickup service can be provided with extra fee. 2)Car park is free in my yard. I believe you will like it. 这是一个有大床的明亮安静的房间,卫生间是共享的。别墅距离购物中心大约2公里,门口就是公交车,交通很方便。如果您是单人,我还有单人房,价格会更便宜。相信您会喜欢这里。
