Pros: Great for the various Manchester Airport terminals. I stayed in the business class rooms which provides access to the upper floor lounge which was calm and nice views over to the airport terminal. Quiet rooms - so well rested before flight.
Cons: Never can get my stay put on Lufthansa Miles and More loyalty program. What is wrong with these hotels and their airline partners?
Pros: Super close to the airport, clean, comforatable. Perfect if you're traveling, otherwise there are better options location wise in Manchester!
Pros: Radisson Blu is well attuned to international travelers from the architecture to the amenities it provides. The ease of accessing
the airport made it the perfect pre-flight hotel.
Pros: Excellent location. Directly connected to the train station and terminals via closed overhead walkway.
Cons: Expensive restraurant, but it is at the airport and it is in England.
Pros: The location was perfect for an early flight out of Manchester. The staff was very friendly, which to me is the important part of any hotel stay.
Cons: The place was clean, but there was a long brown hair on the wall of the shower and a really funky smell in one of the pillows, like mold and sweat. Not pleasant, luckily there were three other pillows available.

Pros: Excelente ubicacion, personal amigable, habitaciones amplias , todo excelente.
Cons: Solicitamos la reparacion de una llave del baño, y nunca llegaron.
Pros: Location is very good. Distance commercial street is very close¿Staff is very friendly
Cons: The quilt is too thin¿sleep cold ¿Air conditioning sound too big
I'd like this hotel.
Pros: It was modern. I don't know if they upgraded our room, but was really bigger than I'd expected.
Cons: Staff were kind, and humorous. The location was also fantastic.
Quieter location, but with close access to many places on foot and access to public transport.
Pros: Friendly attitude. Design theme.
Service standards have dropped in this hotel since I last stayed. The little things like a biscuit with your coffee in the bar have disappeared. Having your change presented on a saucer or in a wallet rather than placed beside you with the receipt. In my eyes poor! Shame on you Marriott for letting standards slip. Oh and keep food off the reception desk your first impression should be the staff not a cream tea or chocolate cookies!
Pros: The hotel is centrally located and great for shopping
Cons: No safes in rooms which I find very poor for a four star hotel, no fridges in rooms, air conditioning unit of a poor standard. New decor in rooms but no bathroom upgrade! Could do with better ventilation, ceiling tiles replaced. Customer service, debatable
Good hotel, good location, good staff, good breakfast
Pros: I have to pay extra to upgrade to better room, also I pay for breakfast . The hotel and staff was excellent part of the bath towels and bed cover .
Cons: The bath towels and bed cover, sheet and lenin.
large rooms with comfortable bed and great pillows
Pros: location, friendly staff, good food.
Cons: bath tub shower curtain would have preferred glass enclosure but i really don't expect to get that in england

Pros: The Rooms were like Suites. Very Comfortable Rooms. Large and Perfectly located in the Heart of the Shopping District. From the Salford Station or Oxford Station, Free Bus #2 To Deansgate Stop, or from The Piccadilly Station, Free Bus #3 to Deansgate.
Cons: yes hotel rooms really need to be upgraded also bathrooms need to be upgraded tv was old fashioned like the one we gave away free for a hotel to be of this grade I believe it was totally outdated lobby was ok.

Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together. We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights. These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.
Pros: Loved the location in Central Manchester. Made it very easy to get around. Opus bar was fabulous and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Room was lovely and made for a great experience.
Pros: Nice setting and location, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: Needs investment certain things looking old now, my first stay years ago was very impressive it seems more like a 4 star now and the little touches aren't there like before.

Pros: I liked the lay out of the room and the hotel is nice. Perfect location.
Cons: Its 2014, u can offer free WiFi. 99% of hotels do
Pros: Fantastic location! Loved the look and history. Loved the age of the hotel. Breakfast on site was a plus. Good selection, easy and started the day off right.
Cons: The booked us in an ADA room and that was all they had. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable but the shower was awful and the sink was too low if you stand at it. I felt terrible taking a very well equipped ADA room and it was not super comfortable for tow very tall adults.
All 270 newly renovated guestrooms reflect the regal character of this grand hotel, with chic modern styling and spectacular city views in many rooms. You'll have free WiFi and a plasma TV, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Pros: Close to the trains. Clean. Excellent staff.
Cons: Rooms are tiny. Bathroom is like a cruise ship's.
Pros: The double tree is a nice hotel at first glance. I found the staff at the front desk were not the most welcoming but that wasn't the biggest problem. The room was comfortable for the most part and me and my companion were looking foward to a nice stay.
Cons: The shower had two choices, freeze or burn. It was nearly impossible to get the shower at a normal temperature which was a huge issue. But we were only there for 2 nights so decided it would be better to give it another try than moving rooms. On our second night which was a Saturday we were awoken at 4 am by a group of drunk girls that were screaming down the hallway. I felt like I was transported to the worst spring break all inclusive. I called the reception 3 times and in all fairness they came up every time to get those stupid girls to shut up. Then their guy friends came from the party minutes later and started retaliating to help their skanky girlfriends. They were standing outside of our door yelling obscenities. I called again and eventually the noise stopped but at that point I had one more hour before having to get on a train to the airport so my entire night was ruined. While they were definitely responsive to the times I called they should have kicked these people out. What kind of reputation do you want to have? I know that on my next visit to Manchester staying at the double tree and staying at the hatters is pretty much the same. If you want to maintain an upscale reputation then be more selective about who you let stay in you hotel or at the very least have your front staff make the rules clear when these drunken idiots tumble in through the door of your hotel.

Pros: Room was clean and roomy. Great shower. It is a block away from Manchester Piccadilly Train station. It is close to restaurants, shopping and bus station. It was the perfect location for us.
Cons: The sink in the bathroom was too high and uncomfortable for someone 5'6'.
Pros: Everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location. The lobby, bar and interior were all really nice. The room was exceptional with a lot of extras that you want and hope for but rarely get. We will be staying there again!
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros: The Clayton Hotel is very good at providing accommodations for lots of people. Lines are long but move quickly. Food is what you'd expect. The bar has lots of seating. Basically, it is a very convenient and well-run hotel.
Cons: The Clayton does cut a few corners. There are no tissues in the room (my nose was running from a cold). The soap bar is amazingly small but more than is needed for a shower or two. Would I stay at another hotel at the airport, no. I recommend the Clayton.
Pros: Very clean and efficient. Good service with the shuttles to the airport.
Cons: The bar could have had more ambience. Seemed a little sterile
Pros: It was close to the airport and they have a 24 hr shuttle
Cons: However, the shuttle was late, like 40 minutes, and we had to call twice to make sure they were coming. The room was old. Like 1975 orange couch old
Pros: I liked the room, the bed, and the large bar/lounge/dining room.
Cons: The price goes up every time I book. The mini-bus transportation, even though it requires booking, seems a bit of a free for all when waiting to board the bus, leading me to believe that the number of bookings do not match the number of seats!
Pros: Convenient to the airport with a good restaurant
Cons: The only thing I could complain about is no one advised us that the heating/cooling system was turned off in our room upon arrival.
Pros: Free Wifi
Cons: No ice machine
Pros: Very convenient for airport and car rental. Will accept early arrivals. Excellent full breakfast.
Cons: Some rooms are not up to par - smell and have been patched up. There is no air conditioning so it can be bad on a hot day. They will supply a fan, if you ask.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: I thought I was booked into the Crown Plaza next door. I arrived a was greeted with a smile. Since it was 10am they had no problem allowing me an early check in...then I realized my company booked me in Bewleys :(
Different experience altogether..check in lady was Eastern Europe...not very friendly and recited the welcome greeting with teeth clenched. Then I asked if I could check in early having flown 25 hours. Yes for 20 pounds...OK no problem. I had already paid in advance for the hotel and because my credit card would not work in the machine I had to go and find a cash machine for 20 pounds which meant driving into the nearest town. Then was advised there was a charge for parking and breakfast!
Honestly, if you are traveling long distance and prepaid your room I would like to think that for 20 pounds they could have let me had a shower first before my meeting that afternoon!! I will be staying at the Crown Plaza next time for sure.
Ho, and the gym was terrible...one bike one tred mill and thats it!
