Very nice room, the bed was awesome, the loveseat needs to be replaced.
The bed was very comfortable.
I was given a dirty room that had not been cleaned.
I had a huge spider in my room . And the bathtub was super slippery. Also hot tub is CLOSED/EMPTY . Main reason we stopped.
Close enough to Elon University which we needed When we checked to see if a better room was available since we were unhappy with room, the desk clerk was very understanding and helpful. She showed us another room but it was just as bad so kept room we were in. Bed was pretty comfortable
Run-down rooms. Plastic lamp shade had cracked areas; nightlight in bathroom had exposed wires and dangling light; sofa bad was laughable—sagging in middle and dirty looking. Stayed 2 nights and gave housekeeper $10 tip first night—despite that, not all towels were replenished, empty tissue box not replaced and TP not replaced; ice bucket not emptied and drinking cups not replenished. Price was high for what we got. Paid $200+ a night, but I understand all hotels jack up prices for college move-in days.
It was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was nice.
The tv in the room where the breakfast was served was not working and the lady at the front counter said it has not been working for s while.
