Pros: The hotel looks good, the room was clean and spacious.
Cons: The room seemed like there was furniture missing (lots of empty space). The breakfast was disappointing, not better than lower priced hotels. Typically on other similarly priced hotels you cold get eggs at least. We ended up having breakfast outside.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Breakfast and cofee was Great !
Cons: It was a,little dirty in the bathroom area.
Pros: The location was very near the activities we had planned.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to standards. There were items on the floor left from previous occupants. One in particular was a disposable razor.
Pros: Staff was friendly, room clean, beds comfortable; breakfast fresh.
Cons: My second floor room had one window and it was blocked by the concrete front awning. The desk clerk in the morning said they usually give that room to late check-ins, and if I'd asked they would have changed it. I should have been warned; room too dark
Pros: Staff was very friendly and informative.
Clean. Nice rooms.
Pros: Staff was professional and polite. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
Cons: Wireless internet needs improving.
I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They offered me bottled water and fresh-baked cookies. Since it was almost time for the cookies to be put away for the evening, I was able to have more than one. The staff made sure that I was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Hampton Inns are always great! The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was ideal as well as the first floor room with plenty of room for my bicycle.
The hotel was very clean and quiet. We asked about some places in the area to eat. we had been thinking about a particular restaurant and the desk person diplomatically steered us in another direction. we found out later why and we were very grateful.
Pros: staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast. Hot items , bacon eggs not your typical 'breakfast included' breakfast
Pros: Easy to get to, clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free internet
Cons: No restaurant, there are not a lot of dining choices in Frostburg
Pros: Location, convenience and cleanliness. Have stayed at the same hotel many times.
Cons: Since I went through Priceline.com I could not change anything about my room. I wanted a smoking room and that was not an option on the website. Also, this hotel has changed from last August. Now there is only 1 smoking room in the whole hotel.
Hampton Inn at Frostburg has a warm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really a big plus and would definitely bring us back to stay at this inn.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and have had problems with other hotel beds.
Pros: Very nice room, very clean. Nice fridge and microwave combo!will definitely stay there when I go to Frostburg to visit my parents.
Good location. Buffet breakfast was only fair. Not enough fresh fruits. Limited selections. Good coffee. Kind staff.

Pros: We had a great weekend at Wisp right before the summer rush! The resort offered a wide range of activities, the rooms were large and clean, and the location was great!
Cons: The beds were not extremely comfortable, and we had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. (But to be fair, that could be user error!)
Pros: One of the best attributes of Wisp resort is its staff from the hotel, restaurant, instructors to ski patrol. Friendly, helpful and just pleasant and nice.
Pros: The hotel is nothing special, in need of refurbishing and updating but clean. You're staying for the great location to what Deep Creek has to offer, so enjoy that
Cons: Dingy, scuffed up hallways

Pros: Inexpensive, comfortable, clean room. (Don't let the outside fool you.) Small rooms, good for a one night stay. There is a bar in the parking lot for those so inclined and lots of TV stations for those not looking for night life. Good for a couple, not for a family.
Cons: Had to pick up the key in the bar, which is also owned by the hotel owner.

Pros: We have stayed here before so the location is great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast in the AM. Interstate location is a great starting point for our adventure.
Cons: Ceilings in the bathroom are a little low. They added a drop down ceiling in them. When I look in the mirror my head is cut off. They are going through renovations so we will see on our next trip.
Pros: Room was dated , however, it was clean. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.
Pros: Everything and the staff was more than help full. They new the area well, could give directions and was willing to answer all our questions about what was available to see. We plan on going back next and would highly recommend the hotel.
Pros: The location for family visitation is why we stay here, There are only two motels in the area. Third and fourth floors are quiet. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Free internet, free parking.
Cons: The lobby is in desperate need of updating. It is not welcoming,it is dark and dingy. The carpet has been there forever. Tile flooring would be better than dark carpet used to hide dirt. The 'continental breakfast' lacks variety and quality items.
Pros: We love the pool.
Cons: The Wifi could be better. It's not optimal.
Pros: Fridge and microwave in room, free breakfast, big lobby with lots of couches, convenient to highway
Cons: Very uncomfortable bed, shower did not have conditioner, terrible breakfast, uneducated staff, location is in the middle of nowhere with confederate flags down the street, overall not a good value for the price
Pros: Nothing except for location
Cons: because it was like 30 mins to deep creek and right of the exit thought it would be good coz it has was a 2 and half star rated hotel and must be good but it sucked. The hotel the rooms had some wired smell which was not good. Breakfast was ok
Pros: continental breakfast was excellent. Food was laid out in an orderly fashion and staff made sure trash can was emptied and food was restocked frequently.
Cons: pool water was colder than we liked but understandable due to weather conditions outside. wished for a hot tub off to the side maybe a possibility whenever pool is updated.
Pros: It's location & that they accomadated me and let me check-in early right away.
Pros: The people who serviced the breakfast area were wonderful and cheery!! Always smiled and greeted us.
Cons: Everything else was horrible!! We were so disappointed!! Clerks were not helpful or friendly and was using their cell phones and texting.4th foot and room was hot no air! Ice machines broken and leaked bathtub was horrible and toilet nasty! disappointed!
Pros: Swimming pool.. Comforters and bed pillows
Cons: Breakfast was terrible.. The cooked items..
Manager will not contact me back, he was left a complaint about our issues along with my phone number, I have also emailed him about the issues cause i was told that would be the best way to contact him and I have not heard a thing back from him yet.
Pros: Location was great had a lovely view. Staff was kind and worked fast to help with our issues.
Cons: We got moved through 3 rooms, one had people in it already, the second room had a tub that would not drain & nasty colored water out of the sink. They had to move us one more time to get us into a room at midnight.
Cons: The facilities were dirty and worn out. Dirty carpets in the hallways and stairwells, bugs and spiders in the public windows. Musty cigarette smell in our first room and throughout the hallways - must have had flooding or water damage.
Pros: No way to combek
Pros: 1st room reeked of cigarette smoke for a non-smoking room. Door locks need to have new batteries as they did not work well. Room was both large and clean. Old motel. It is what it is. I will stay there again but not with the wife.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The room was dark even with bedside lamps. It also felt cool and damp.
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Location to lake
Cons: The floor had not been swept. Offered continental breakfast it was put out around 4:25am. And at 6:40 had not been refreshed the coffee was cool and we decided to go to Perkins for breakfast because of this
Pros: it was very cute and charming and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great location. Very close to Wisp Resort. Bathroom was nice.
Cons: Hotel in very bad shape. Felt like we were in Tiajuana.. chair was broken bed was slanted.

Pros: The best thing about this hotel is that it had rooms just off of our route last minute.
Cons: The toilet didn't seem to be bolted down well. Accommodations were average, not bad but the price seemed fairly high for what it was. That said, there were no other options on our route in this range the night of our stay.
Pros: Room was clean and tidy.
Cons: There wasn't a hair dryer. Only 1 pKg of regular coffee with 2 sugars and 2 creamers. There were 2 of us, I'm glad I drink my coffee black!!
Pros: Called ahead to ensure someone would be there to check me in because I was getting in late. Nobody was there and they didn't answer their phone.
Cons: The service.
Pros: Clean, quiet basic hotel room.
Cons: Severe lack of consistent water pressure in the shower.
Pros: refrigerator and microwave in room
Cons: Only had 1 room ready when we booked 2. Room looked like something from a scary movie. Internet was MIA. No one at the desk at anytime during our stay. Couldn't check out and the key drop wasn't functioning, so we had to call and leave keys in the room.
VERY OLD VERY QUIET PLACE TO STAY.. QUITE NICE ACTUALLY. TOTALLY SURROUNDED BY MOUNTAINS....
Pros: NEXT TO CAMPING IT WAS THE QUIETEST MOST PEACEFUL TOWN I HAVE EVER SEEN..THE HOTEL WAS A THROWBACK STRAIGHT TO 1986 BIG OLE TV AND CABLE BOX....OLD EVERYTHING OLD TOWN HOWEVER A VERY PEACEFULL PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT.
Cons: JUST REMEMBER NO AMMENITIES AT ALL NOT EVEN A ICE MACHINE
Being an older hotel, it still has tube tv's. No phones, it has a refrigerator cable, microwave wifi, free parking and again it's quiet. The area is so beautiful. They keep it very clean inside and out. I love staying there when I'm in the area.
Pros: It's quiet, no phones. It's clean for an older hotel. The staff is always pleasant when I stay there. The price is right.
management was great and accomodating.
Pros: location and management.
Cons: tv remote was funky and didn't really work.
No attendant on duty at arrival. Attempted to charge more than quoted total price. Room was not cleaned or restocked.
Cons: Cleanliness, service
It was Clean, neat with comfortable beds & pillows. We had good phone service reception in the room as well. Nothing fancy but we will be back. We Don't want to recommend this Motel because we don't want anyone else finding out about it
Pros: We were pleased with the Price and the location for what we had in mind. We had a great time in the area. We would not have taken a vacation this 4th of July if it hadn't been for this nicely priced and clean motel -
Cons: There were a few spider webs on the railings of the stairs. It would have been nice if we could have checked in before 4:00, but the manager advised that they had been short handed recently.
Man that check us in told us if we needed anything to let him know anytime, but there wasn't anyone in the office the whole time we were there.
Pros: location was great
Cons: no elevator; the rooms are all on the second floor & there was no one in the office except when we arrived about 5 pm
