Pros. I liked the description of this hotel in the add and the picture was quite impressed as well.
Cons. I felt unsafe as we were checking in. It was about 10pm but the parking area and the lobby was congested with people just hanging out. As soon as we parked under the covered area several men went out looking over the car (2005 Chrysler 300 nothing special). As I was checking in a woman butted in that she needed an new room...there was no way she would stay in the one she was assigned. I felt very uneasy with all the activity. Got key and walked out to see people all out on balconies and a woman sitting on side walk with a big pile of clothes. Drugs, prostitution, human trafficking, bedbugs, life endangerment came to mind. We did not even go to the room...returned key and left. I WAS NOT stayimg there. I did not get a refund, but went with my gut feeling and feel 100% certain that it was an unsafe place. Lesson learned.
Pros. The bed was good and it was a good value.
Cons. People had smoked in the non-smoking room.
Pros. It was the staff that wasn't paid that consistently popped (ROACHES!!!!!!!!!) We stayed for 3 nights. Don't get me wrong for the price... I expected the sandpaper feel on the towels, the cheap soap, the mildew on the bathroom baseboards as well as the stench of old carpet that will be on my clothes for the rest of my life.... but the continuous unwanted greeting from the unpaid staff of roaches was a bit much
Cons. ROACHES!!!!!!!!!
Pros. I've stayed at this location twice, both times no sleep...the walls are paper thin. The breakfast was okay, and the coffee is good!
Pros. The bed was comfortable. Toilet flushed. Marble counter around the sink was nice.
Cons. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and was musty. Room carpet, walls, and comforter had stains. Shower was rusted with cracks in tiling on wall and floor of bathroom. Bug ran out from under bed upon sitting on it. 3/4 inch gap between bottom of door and floor. Enough for anything to crawl in. Skipped breakfast because the lobby where it was served smelled of smoke and body odor. Desk attendant was in no hurry to get us checked-in or out. Desk attendant asked person in front of us in line if they wanted to rent a safe for valuables.
Pros. Location was good
Cons. All Lights were not working in the room. Room was adjacent to another room's door , Clear sounds from other rooms were there. While booking online , it showed me Quality Inn , However after booking on same address it became Greenville suites Inn . Receptionist was too slow at her work , about 20 minute i had to wait in queue while only one person was ahead of me. People behind me were also annoyed of her slow rather slowest work . I won't repeat to stay there again , would spend more to stay at better facility....sorry
