Pros (+) Shower was nice!
Cons (-) Some of the staff were not super friendly. Not rude, but I felt judged when I asked for more coffee for the room despite not having replenished by housekeeping (I opted out)
Pros (+) The staff was so friendly!! The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the coffee that we made in the room was actually very delicious. We had a problem with our tv when we first got there, we called down and someone came up immediately to fix it.
Cons (-) The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It took a very long time (almost two hours) for someone to bring up the extra pillows and blankets that we needed. The guy that brought us our blankets must have been injured, because there was a spot about the size of a dime of fresh blood on one of the blankets.
