Pros: Basic place to sleep & shower at A fair price
Cons: Hard to find the entrance from the road and hard to turn left getting under the traffic light
Pros: How big the room was and clean carpet
Cons: The pullout bed was really dirty that's all that was negative
Pros: The location was great and the room was good. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a fridge in the room! I would stay there again.
Pros: The hotel was quiet and clean. It was an overnight stop for us. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was nice.
Pros: Only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Cons: This hotel is not a 3 star and needs to be changed. It is a 2 star hotel a best. Very dated and run down. I wished I did not sty here. People stay here where very sketchy!!! Glad it was only for 1 night.
Staff was incredible. Can't say enough wonderful things about them. Customer service goes a long way, and it seems like a no brainer for businesses, but it is hard to find. Folks can be outright rude, Disrespectful, and it's obvious money is the driving force. It's a shame folks get away with treating paying customers this way. As soon as I checked in, everyone went out of their way to ensure that my needs were top priority.
Pros: The staff; Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. Genuinely very friendly and helpful, and wanted to ensure that my stay there was top priority. You don't find that great of customer service anywhere nowadays.
Cons: It's not downtown Atlanta or anything, but just a very clean, quiet, location which is actually ideal if you don't want to stay in the city or somewhere crowded. Everything you need is within walking distance ando its right beside interstate.
liked the breakfast
Cons: Great location.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: First room the bathtub was clogged, they have to move me to another room at midnight because I couldn't take a shower before going to bed after driving 2000 miles
The location was great the staff was very friendly I enjoyed every bit of it
Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean and the Jacuzzi tub was awesome!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Pros: Clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Cons: The fact that the breakfast closes so early. 9:00 is ridiculous for people who have been traveling late and do not get up that early. Checkout is 11. Breakfast should be served until then.

Cons: Rooms are old and dirty. Beds wiggle. Door had to be SLAMMED so it would shut and lock I don't know what was all over the dust ruffle and probably don't want to guess... shower curtain had dirty, greasy hand prints all over it. Hotel got loud around 11 which technically wasn't hotels fault but I think it shows the type of guests that stay there.
Pros: The pillows are extremely comfortable and the staff are very pleasant. Very reasonable pet deposit fee as well and they have an excellent breakfast.
Cons: This is our third time staying at the hotel and it was our worst stay. The bed was so hard I couldn't get comfortable. There was a dirty washrag left in the room from the previous guest. The tv remote wasn't even to our tv and the water wouldn't get warm. It was either scalding hot or completely cold you couldn't find an in between.
Pros: Worst hotel ever! Do not stay at the White Columns! First impressions at the front desk are completely misleading. Room was nasty. Black mold was growing in the grout in the bathtub. Sink look liked it had not been properly cleaned. The floors had sticky spots and unknown substances on them. I had to make my children werar socks when they walked on the floor. The lamp shade had been burned by the lightbulb (stem on the lamp was broken) so the room had a smoky/musty smell to it. Shady people walking around the hotel at all hours of the night. When I brought up the issues to the hotel staff the next morning, they offered nmothing but excuses for the poor quality.

Cons: People were drinking 40 oz beers on the motel porch and steps and motel management wasn't concerned
Pros: Good location. Reasonable prices.
Cons: Tiny, very outdated room. Bad smells everywhere. No breakfast as advertised. Any rating above a single star is completely undeserved here.
Pros: For the price it was clean. The people were friendly.
Pros: the staff was very nice
Cons: People were hanging out in front of entrance/exit to the hotel. It was hard to get in and out. Staff should do a better job of keeping the entrance clear. The hall smelled of smoke, even near the nonsmoking rooms.
Pros: Only 25 miles from Masters golf course with food very close to motel
Cons: 1 chair about to fall apart in room

Pros: When I left. I have stayed in condemned houses, with holes in the roof and the windows busted out, that were much much nicer than this place.
Cons: This is not a 3 star hotel it is a 1 star motel with bed bugs, cockroaches, and a 'smoke free room' that smelled like an ash tray. The owner was a liar who told me he would refund my money and obviously did not. I have never left a hotel before this one.
Pros: The price
