Location was convenient, price was great, everything basically worked, bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Floor was dirty, AC was very noisy, everything old and worn (I'm OK with "dated" but this was a little beyond that, furniture had broken bits)
Front attendant was friendly. Old and dingy. Sheets and bed reeked of sweat and filth. Moldy bathroom. Location was horrible with homeless people trying to get rooms. The tv didn't work. We could not stay one minute in the room. We raced back home (3 hrs away) half asleep. This was just a health hazard all around.
The Staff were friendly and nice at check in. The room was roach infested and they never so much as emptied the garbage nor cleaned the bath tub. Not a good experience.
Price was great... Old rooms and noisy area.
We are a simple couple. It was fine
Nothing The staff, it being non smoking no exception
Location Breakfast had flys and was almost gone. Room was so hot. It was 32 degrees out and I was sweating. Turned the ac on and it kept turning off. Horrible night sleep. Better than it being to cold I suppose because they don't give you a blanket. Just a sheet. Wtf lol
There is not a single thought that I could convey into anything resembling something I liked about this terrible hotel. The punk at the front desk thinks he's Ricky Martin. Hotel is under major construction and I wasn't made aware. The rooms are gross with mismatched equipment. Tv is garbage. Ac just blows stale air. The idiot at the desk made me feel guilty for CHECKING IN because his shift Ernst ends at 3, which is check in time !! I also felt very unsafe as I was stuck in the corner near many vacant rooms. Also their was no WiFi unless I was in lobby. Why Is this hotel on kayak?
Clean and comfortable. Staff is nice. Good place for the price.
The hotel was amazingly clean and very close to a number of restaurants and shops. The A/C was not especially cold.
Nice clean room. Parking situation and it's not as close to the beach than you think.
Rooms and staff were pleasant, when the A/C stopped working we were granted another room for the night. Air conditioner stopped working one evening, however we were provided with access to another room.
1 bedroom unit is specious compare to typical hotel room. Near beach. Small complex. Room and hotel needs updating. Parking spaces are limited. Room has peculiar smell like smoking/humid. Beds are stiff like timber.
Neat, clean and very close to the beach area we desired. Kitchenette a little smaller than desired, but very nice.
Charming little motel in a cute 'old' beach neighborhood. Within walking distance of at least 7 good restaurants. Room (116) had a small apartment feel to it with couch, recliner, and kitchen. A nice relaxing place where I'd stay again.
Our 'cottage' was cute, clean and homey! Had that Old Florida feel - exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, within walking distance to the beach. Wish there had been a hot tub, and the pool was small. But we would still go back!
The property owner was on-site and very efficient, very friendly. The beach was very close, the parking was free. No.
The price made this place a definite bargain for travelers on a budget. It's close to the public beach and one block over from the main street with bars, restaurants and stores. It could probably use a makeover, but, again, you get what you pay for.
Beautiful plants, large suite with door to bed room, convenient to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff no

Hotel employee was such a pleasure to work with. We were enjoying our weekend so much we extended a night with no issues and full accommodation. Above all, the room was very clean. Loved that we were within walking distance to the beach & the best Ita
The staff was amazingly welcoming, the woman who checked us in went out of her way to show us to our room, and around the hotel. The pool was beautiful, as was the courtyard. We stayed in the garden suite for our 2 night stay. We even had two chairs outside our room so we could enjoy the beautiful evening weather. Overall we liked that the hotel was so close to everything but it still seemed quiet and set back from the chaos on the main stretch through St. Pete beach. Our main problem with the room was the bathroom. I've dealt small bathrooms before, but this one was just poorly designed. The toilet was offset at an angle so that it was facing the sink. When you are seated on it you have no choice but to rest your arm inside the sink, or try to wedge it underneath. Also the toilet paper rack was attached on the left side behind the sink, which made it nearly impossible to reach being in such a position. The shower was ok, but the curtain was a bit long and kept getting caught up in the drain, also there was only one small soap dish in the shower and no other place to set down any toiletries. Our bed was comfortable but the marble window sill was a bit too close to our heads due to the height of the bed. I feel like if the owner would spend the time and money to fix the few problems with this hotel it would be a real gem.
Dirty floors dirty towels, clogged bath tub and sink, no staff after 9pm.
There was a cockroach in the room.
