Good location (near public transportation like "Carmelit" underground station, train station and near local attractions like German Colony, Wadi Nisnas and others). Spacious room with all the needed comfort.
Payment at check-in (not at check-out, as normally happens and this is not nice). Daily cleaning room to be improved a lot because not sufficient. It's not an hotel (like described in booking) but only apartments : therefore you cannot have breakfast in the structure, but in a nearby restaurant. Some little maintenance in the room is needed.
The facilities are well maintained and the room is clean. Staffs are kind and it is covenience to check-in and check-out.
24 hour check in was very useful and staff was very nice. Breakfast was in a cafe across the street and was limited to eggs with vegetables and a beverage of choice. Parking was easy around hotel.
The property didn’t seem to be a good value. Sad looking two rooms that were adjoining by windowless room with a kitchenette without even 4 chairs to sit for the 4 of us. Hair found on bedding and blankets too short to cover feet (I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’6”). Wouldn’t stay here again. It’s also called “Diana hotel” on booking.com and Diana’s seaport apartments in reality. If you google the actual name, reviews come up worse than reviews on booking. We were glad to only need 1 night.
the location and facilities were great.
Good location for access to attractions and transportation. Good size room. One of the people on the desk was very helpful. He made suggestions for tours and things to do and was knowledgeable about local transportation, especially how to travel on the Sabbath when all public transportation is shut down.
Reservation stated breakfast. The hotel had no breakfast facility and provided vouchers for a nearby restaurant. One day they had no kitchen facility and another did not open. This was a real nuisance. Apart from the reception person noted above the other were not helpful or had information incorrect.
