Great location, next to all public transportation, outgoing areas close by (walking or electrical scooter) supporting your Hamburg adventure. The public transport card was included, which makes it so much easier. The free amenities in the room, tea and water, is a nice touch. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff.
The quality of the bed was not to my liking, way too hard.

Right by Hamburg Altona main line and S-Bahn station. Helpful English speaking staff. Good varied breakfast from 0600 on weekdays. Free local transport ticket. Plenty of restaurants (and shops) nearby. Bedroom reasonable size with comfortable bed, thick curtains, plenty of plugs and power shower.
No carpets on bedroom floor. The price!!
