Rachel, Jul 2024 - Hampton Inn & Suites, Washington D.C. - Navy Yard
We stayed one night for a baseball game at Nats Park. Distance and location wise, the hotel was perfect for the game. The hotel was clean but front desk staff and valet staff were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Besides that, we had no hot water for showers during our stay. I understand the hotel was fully booked but for a hotel that large, we should ALL have been able to take ho...

Brian, Aug 2022 - Hampton Inn & Suites, Washington D.C. - Navy Yard
Overall, it was fine and I wouldn't be against staying here again. The location is good...a few blocks to Nationals Ballpark, a few to the closest Metro station. Great workout area. Beautiful lounge on the 11th floor. A few "bad" things: none of the prices include tax ($14 for breakfast + tax, parking $57/night + tax). Avoid the breakfast. Marriot should be embarrassed charging anything for that. ...

Wonderful
Dennis, Nov 2019 - Hampton Inn Washington-Downtown-Convention Center
Pros (+) Breakfast was VERY good. Hot food, great variety, fresh. Very impressed with the spread. This hotel is in Chinatown and we found the location pretty convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was consistently very friendly and very helpful.
Cons (-) Only complaint was some loud, inconsiderate guests, coming in at 0230 and talking loudly (almost yelling) in the hallway. Honestly not the hotels fault.

Michael, Apr 2018 - Hampton Inn Washington-Downtown-Convention Center
Pros (+) Breakfast was ok, had a reasonable selection of fresh items. Check in was efficient and staff welcoming. Location is convenient to get to mall, WH, etc.
Cons (-) Garage prices, billed on top of already expensive rooms are outrageous Too little space for breakfast, basically cramping in vacated meeting room or using tiny side tables and lounge chairs. Showers, while working, clearly require a makeover to fix partially broken handles.

Cons (-) Food options limited but considering neighborhood it;s not a deal breaker.
