Walked in ceiling fell down no heat wouldn’t come on cool was stuck on. Guy check in he didn’t have to pay a fee , I had to pay incidental fee on my card , I asked for receipt and they said they couldn’t give me one because of the third part of billing And I was supposed to get a email with the receipt, but I never did receive it.
