James, Aug 2020 - Hilton Garden Inn Omaha-Downtown/Old Market Area
Cons (-) Thinking during the change with COV there would have been more sanitary things removed from hotels now.

Rita, Jan 2020 - Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village
Pros (+) Friendly staff in restaurant for breakfast
Cons (-) There was a crumpled plastic bag on the floor in the hallway. It was there at least 2 of the days I was there. Curious why it wasn’t picked up by housekeeping when they vaccuumed

Pros (+) Great hotel—service, amenities etc. Everything was clean and in order. Bed was very comfortable as well. I didn’t need to ask for anything while there. Would definitely book again! There was also free parking in the garage, which can sometimes be an issue at certain places, so this was much desired.

Pros (+) Staff was very nice and helpful. I'm a Hilton honors member and they took care of us very nicely. Breakfast waiter was very good.
Cons (-) Not the hotels fault but someone pulled the fire alarm at 4 in the morning and we all had to evacuate

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants
Cons (-) There was an extra 10.00 charge for parking. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 am, and we had to evacuate while the fire department investigated. It turned out to be an electrical malfunction.

Pros (+) Convenient location, good room, but nothing special
Cons (-) Hot tub was broken and became a "cold" tub. The only breakfast available was $15 each for the buffet.. Also had to pay for parking.

Pros (+) Loved being away from the interstate but still close enough that it was easy to access. Location was close to a lot of action but felt very safe. Solid room and nice view (6th floor) but nothing fabulous; basic upscale casual property.
Cons (-) Paying for parking is a drag, but only $10 per night. Also, breakfast is not free/included in room price. Pool is quite small.
