Pros (+) Pool was nice on a hot day though heater wasnt working. Kids waterfall pool also not working. Keyed pool gate was nice but it was left open all day so anyone could walk in.
Cons (-) Kids riding bikes and scooters in pool area. Keyed gate was left open all day. 10am-430pm, no maint tested pool, no one restocked towels. Remotes and phone in unit was grimy and stained. Dead bugs and bees all over stairwells and hallways. Schedules still up from before closure. Ramp in building ten full of splinters, exposed screws. A little expesnive for qaulity of property and units.

Pros (+) Being from the Berkshires we chose to do a trip for a night while on vacation. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Very clean, cozy apartment feel. Pool is great area.
Cons (-) With it being off the path (5 miles) I think it be great to put in a snack bar as well as a lounge (dinner/ bar) it would be a gold mine for families not wanting to cook or drive. The first day staff was amazing! Second day the desk people could have had a refresher on positive and client experience.
