Pros: Great restaurant
Cons: Super early check out time, not very clean
Pros: The three bedroom suite had plenty of room and was comfortable. Ski lodge atmosphere and decor. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy some time with friends and family.
Cons: Exterior windows and doors could use repair or updating. One bedroom window was screwed shut probably because the weight system was broken. This was particularly concerning to my firefighter husband.
Pros: The staff was great and the condo was beautiful.
Pros: Beautifully furnished condo accommodations
Pros: I liked how much there was to do and that we had our own unit
Cons: The unit smelled very musty and there were a lot of things that didn’t work well, the slider to the deck, the cabinet the held the pans didn’t twirl as a couple of examples.
Pros: Perfect place to relax and pools were very clean Not overcrowded village
Cons: Not enough hot water for family of 8
Cons: That there was only 1 elevator and distance to walk from lobby/ elevator to room.
Pros: No paper in bath room toilet paper
Pros: The 2 restaurant we ate at were very good the general store had a lot to choose from . Our room was very clean .
Cons: Resort looked tired. Worn out. Needs updating. Restaurant mediocre at best.
Cons: To much to rehash
With a stay at Vacation Village in the Berkshires in Williamstown, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Pittsfield State Forest and Mount Greylock State Reservation Visitor Center. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Need more trees around the pool and basketball courts. Chlorine in pool water was unpleasant. ultraviolet light disinfection would improve water quality.
Pros: The onsite facilities were great - pool, exercise equipment, grounds were all resort-quality.
Cons: The layout of our room was awkward. It was clearly built to be handicap-accessible, as the doors and bathroom space were all oversized. But the shower was standard (and a bit small), and the living room area was small because of the huge bathroom.
Cons: Room on lower level, looked out on rocks below ther parking area.
Pros: Place was clean and well kept.
Cons: Price was high. Location was not convenient to what we wanted to do. A good half hour to Williamstown, Stockbridge, etc. Anyone booking here MUST be aware that they are renting a room at a TIME SHARE "resort". This is not a hotel and does not offer hotel amenities. No daily maid service, no complimentary tea/coffee in the room, 10 AM mandatory checkout. Staff looked, uniformly depressed and not at all happy to be there.
Pros: We got room in lowest level! No daylight!!! It is so dark you have to have electrical lights on all day!
Cons: Please if you charge $250 per night do not put customers in dark room! It is very unpleasant!!!
Pros: We called the front desk to ask if they had a pump for our volleyball, a maintenance man came running to help and he couldn’t have been any kinder.
Cons: Not much at all.
Pros: Quit and relaxing room
Cons: They wanted us to take part in time share presentation
Pros: Clean and good location
Cons: Check out time is too early
Pros: The unit is complete, clean, comfortable
Cons: Charged mandatory $25 for wifi,$40 for services, $175 for pet. My husband who was with our dog outside the check-in bldg was told to leave. There were no notices where dogs can't go. On our last day, we were locked out. Key card wont work. Drove to check-in counter, they "fixed" the card and it still didn't work. Had to drive back again. So upset because we had the stove on.Second try, it worked. While loading baggage, the card didn't work again. It was good, one of us was inside the unit as a precaution. The lock to the main bldg wasn't working. It made us feel unsafe. Staff ssid it has no lock but there is a keycard entry slot on the door.So it's supposed to lock.
Pros: Love the peaceful wooded view from building 400.
Cons: Later checkout time.
Pros: Everything, we love the place.
Pros: Great Location
Cons: Rooms have adjoining hallways and other guests come in and out quite a bit
Located in Pittsfield, The Weathervane Motel is within a 10-minute drive of Berkshire Athenaeum and Berkshire Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Inexpensive for the area
Cons: no phone or alarm clock
Cons: Only a standup shower.. Small sink
Cons: No pet policy! Not even with a deposit!
Cons: Of the 50+ motels/hotels we've stayed in this has to be one of the three worst. Asa lifetime RV'r we are tolerant of a lot, but that did not even make this place tolerable. Bottom of refrigerator full of water, spiders in room, coffee carafe dirty, one coffee maker did not work, other coffee maker so slow we could drive to Dunkin and back faster.
Pros: Convenient to many tourist attractions, while also being in a quiet location so ambient noise was minimal.
Cons: Older building, poor exterior lighting. Room was not very clean; reception person was hard to understand due to strongly accented English; was not given any information on the check out process or if there was a key drop off. Wasn't worth the price paid.
Pros: The owner cares about his property. The room was painted yellow, the window screens and furniture seemed new as did the towels. It was pleasant. The refrigerator was quiet - unusual for most motels - and there was a microwave. There was outside seating, which is very nice. It is a good value for the money (under $60) but I wouldn't pay more because there isn't a pool or breakfast.
Cons: There was only one chair in the room and it was rickety. There was no table. The wet towels from the previous tenant were still on the floor in the corner behind the bathroom door. Just an oversight I'm sure. A guide as to what the television channels are would be helpful.
Pros: It was just fine for the price, close to where I needed to be.
Cons: A little old, but clean.
Pros: It's a good location at a reasonable price. Comfy bed and fluffy towels.
Cons: The window was so dirty I actually couldn't stand it and got a rag and cleaned it so I could look out! The bathroom smelled like mildew.
Pros: I've bee here for 5 days. This is a great little motel. The owners and the manager are all very nice people and they will take very good care of you. I've had a great stay!
Pros: The location was perfect for what I needed
Cons: Not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance
Pros: Clean and well maintained
Cons: Bed was a little hard
