Pros. It feels like you have another house/flat
Cons. The reservation should clearly mention that you need to go to the 7th floor. When we arrived in the lobby of the building the gate keeper did not even had an idea where the check in/out is done. He guided us to 20th floor and then we came back to lobby then we looked at the address and guessed A-726 could mean the 7th floor :)
