Pros (+) We found the staff to be amazing - friendly, helpful and efficient. They made me feel like family. The breakfast was good and the room overlooking the street was large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a European touch. The restaurant had very good Vietnamese food.
Cons (-) Our first room was small and had no outside looking windows. Nothing can be done about this because of the nature of Hanoi buildings. I suggest a room with a window looking out on street or back. The bathroom had a cheap tub with shower. The tub was not installed properly so it is difficult to not get lots of water on the floor.
