Pros: Is a nice classic hotel with history with large amount of stories, has a lot of caratehtere , nice staff, bar, restaurante and concierge, best location in town ,
Cons: So noisy that at 7 you are up impossible to sleep beyond that time, terrible breakfast, no minibar and the bathroom very nice but if you have not worked at the circle du soleili impossible to have a shower or climb in to the bath.
Pros: I loved the hospitality & very clean, comfortable rooms, as well as the daily breakfast & wine/cheese reception. And great location.
Cons: No gym or swimming pool.
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. The decor was beautiful and we loved our room (although I will try for room 421 next visit).
Cons: The housekeeper assigned to our room did not do a great job. When we arrived our floors were not well swept and she left an empty drink cup on the night stand.
Located in the entertainment district, The Marshall House is a great choice for a stay in Savannah. For a bite to eat, guests can check out 45 Bistro, which serves dinner. Rooms at this boutique hotel offer up nice touches like bathrobes and designer toiletries, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Great staff! Eager to help and always friendly.
Cons: Limited room service menu, no service at the pool
Pros: This is the only place we stay at in Savannah now that we do not live in town. Staff is amazing! Great room and service from all of the staff. Room was very clean.
Pros: Extremely Accommodating under extended circumstances. Very friendly staff.
Pros: The staff are great. The location is also great. The complimentary beverages (not the alcohol) were a nice feature. The terrace with pool and fire pit is nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The housekeeping was fine but could have been a little bit better. Didn't leave clean towels one of the days we stayed. The fitness center is a little small.
Pros: The room was beautiful and stylish. The bed was so big and soft, I had to literally roll out of it. The staff was incredibly courteous. The continental breakfast included in my package was unlike anything I had ever seen. So many wonderful food options, and all of it was delicious! I look forward to my next stay there.
Pros: The hotel staff was great. I was quite surprised with the level of service. It struck me as being on the level of a much more expensive hotel.
Pros: The location is great. The staff is generally nice and friendly.
Cons: Never replace our shower ropes during our 5 days stay. The bathroom floor is not clean. The mattress and pillows are way to soft and I sinked into the matress. Every morning the staff will keep banging and closing the doors for supply closest and every room while they clean . It's extremely rude and unprofessional.
Pros: Comfortable, clean, convenient. Loved the facility.
Cons: Would have liked to have had a sauna and/or hot tub at facility.
A boutique hotel offering artful decor, warm hospitality and delighting in new south sophistication. Located in the heart of the fun and just a little funky prime historic downtown location. Situated across from Ellis Square, 6 stories, 151 rooms and suites and 2nd floor terrace with fire pit and pool.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The kids liked the roof top pool.
Cons: There was no place to purchase drinks or snacks. The vending machines only took cash.
Pros: Great location in the historic district. Free breakfast, clean room, nice staff. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Savannah.
Pros: - Kind and courteous staff
- Clean room with requested accommodations
- Free Breakfast!
- Centrally located in Savannah's historic district
Cons: - Rate was consistent with that of other nearby hotels but still overpriced in my opinion
Pros: Fantastic location, well run, clean, terrific.

Pros: I liked the location, treatment by staff and the breakfast which was awesome.
Cons: The pool area was not well kept.
Pros: The hotel and the room was beautiful. It looked as though the hotel had been through a recent renovation. Everything looked clean and new. The color scheme was very pretty; purple and gray. The room was nicely decorated, the bed, pillows and linens clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Close to the historic district and shopping.
Cons: Only negative was that it was on a busy street, but the hotel provided ear pugs and white noise machine.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very clean, looks just as the picture did
Pros: It was clean, it was centrally located, the staff was nice!
Cons: Nothing I enjoyed my stay very much!
Cons: Price of room, cost to park
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. The guys with the valet parking were great and very helpful about finding locations we wanted to go.
Cons: K now it was the holidays, but several days concierge was not available. Front desk pitched in to help.
Pros: Pretty room, cool shower, comfy bed. I stayed here one night for business and was able to walk to a great restaurant downtown to meet my clients. After driving around downtown a few times I decided that the Hampton Inn and Staybridge Suites looked like a slightly better location.
Cons: I can't really complain with only one night spent here. Actually I will say that the hotel did not mention a mandatory $25/night valet parking charge that I was hit with when I pulled up to the front door. That's annoying. Let me park my own damn car or tell me in advance.
Pros: Upon arrival staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed valet parking. Was worth the $25. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was a great distance from River St. Though I had some issues, they were miniscule compared to the location, comfort of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Asked for the air to be on and room to be cold upon arrival. Air was not on like I requested. Room was warm. Adjisted the air to my liking then left the room to tour savannah. Did not realize until after walking River St. then comimg back to the room that the a/c was not operating properly. The shower door was broken upon arrival and had to call the front desk to have it fixed. Maintenance showed up quickly to fix the situation. Also requested a quiet room due to the fact we were travelling with a 2 yr old. My room was next to the maintenance/cleaning closet and service elevator. Due to constant flow of people coming and going next to our door it was hard to get my child rest comfortably.
Pros: bed was very comfortable
Cons: room service was poor. food was cold, ice cream melted. bathroom very small and not multi user friendly. they are in the process of a renovation so I will take this into account.

Pros: We liked the continental breakfast, which was very good and the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour!

A turndown service is available nightly, housekeeping is offered daily, and guests may request wake-up calls. Guestrooms are all non-smoking.
Pros: When I went to check in at the Hampton inn on east Bay Street (the hotel I researched and selected specifically cause of its location) they told me kayak had the hotels messed up and that the hotel I was really booked at was about 11 blocks away and not on the waterfront When we got there and checked in to that hotel my wife and I went to take a shower and the water wouldn't get hot. Then we went to watch some tv and the TV didn't work. The little get away for us to relax for a night was a disaster.
Pros: Great location if you don't want to drive anywhere. the farthest we had to go was to dine at Elizabeths on 37th and we took a taxi (around $7)
Pros: Great location! Loved the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Great free breakfast too!

Only steps from the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District's front doors, guests can discover Broughton Street and City Market which are filled with delicious restaurants, unique art galleries and a variety of shopping centers. Guests at the hotel can also enjoy the free daily breakfast as well as the rooftop swimming pool, offering stunning views of the river and the city. This Savannah hotel also offers tour/ticket assistance, coffee/tea in a common area, and concierge services.
Pros: Great location, modern design, cleanliness, courteous staff
Cons: We had a room directly underneath the lobby/elevator area. All we could hear constantly were footsteps and people walking around. It is terrible that this is even a room that the hotel would put people in. It seems obvious that good hotel design would utilize this space for other hotel amenities/uses rather than a room that people have to sleep in (or be kept awake in).
Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant The location was perfect for the historic district Our room was large and spacious
Cons: The valet dented our vehicle
Our room was not ready at the 3:00 check in time
We would have benefitted from more towels however they were brought promptly when we asked
It woukd have been helpful to have a small fridge
Pros: Clean on the water
Cons: AC loud, had to get car from valet lot myself in the early AM. Was told would get a room with view but didn't
Pros: The staff was great, the room was even better, one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The river view and the night life around was also very nice!
Cons: Valet parking was the only option for 25. per night, but the staff there was very nice also.
Pros: Love the location, fantastic to walk around beautiful historic downtown. Right on River Street. Felt very safe. The bathrooms are very nice and such a nice size, much bigger that most that are the size of a small closet.
Cons: The floor was not very clean, like it had not been mopped. I would also maybe suggest another hotel if you are traveling with children. The rooftop bar is great, but you also have to contend with lots of drunks. I would not like to expose my children to the language and the fact that most people riding the elevator are seriously drunk!
Pros: The rooms and common areas in front of hotel spacious, clean and modern.
Cons: No pool. Parking expensive
Pros: Location; bathroom
Cons: No guest amenities; no coffee or newspapers in lobby; no fridge, bad a/c ; bad pillows; poor selection of tv channels; cramped room size. Nowhere to sit comfortably.
Pros: A very clean, upscale and modern hotel right on the riverfront. The Top Deck roof top bar is a great place to hang out and unwind after a day of walking the historic district. Look out over the city or watch the huge cargo ships passing through. You are located above river street with a bunch of neat little stores and just a few blocks away from City Market where there is always something going on. I'd highly recommend this place
Cons: Room was a little smaller than I expected but frankly didn't spend a whole lot of time in there. Everything else was great.
Pros: Staff, room, and ambiance were super. Rooftop bar was great.
Cons: tv remote needed new batteries
Pros: Very comfortable bed, excellent river view, great staff.
You've arrived at the Cotton Sail Hotel, a boutique hotel positioned in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. Housed within a refurbished late-1800's cotton warehouse, the Cotton Sail Hotel was named as tribute to its nostalgic past. Through recent renovations, that storied past has been admiringly preserved and consciously revitalized, with our main lobby and each of our 56 well-appointed guestrooms anchored with 200 year old heart of pine hardwood floors originating from the roof of the old cotton factory that is the Cotton Sail Hotel today.
Pros: Location is great. Free bottle of water is a nice benefit. Social hours and friendly staff.
Cons: Bed was not very comfortable and seemed to tilt slightly so that your feet were higher than your head.
Pros: The staff couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. Complimentary wine and cheese social for 2 hours in the evening. Free breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean.
Pros: The staff was great as so the location! I would stay there again.
Location. This Savannah hotel is three blocks from Savannah City Market. Lucas Theatre, Johnson Square, and Wright Square are within one-quarter mile.
Hotel Features. Planters Inn on Reynolds Square has a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. Room service is available during limited hours. Access to a nearby health club is provided.Business amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access and meeting rooms for small groups. This is a smoke-free property (fines may apply for violations).
Guestrooms. Amenities featured in guestrooms include bathrobes, coffee/tea makers, and complimentary bottled water. Guestrooms have 32-inch flat-screen (HD capable) television with over 150 premium TV channels to choose from. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Each room is individually decorated.
Cons: The room location was by the elevator and adjacent to the balcony of the lobby. Dogs barking at each other. It sounded amplified.
Pros: - rooms, wine hour, allowing pets, cleanliness, drinks from bar.
Cons: service and the 'no' or i'm being put out -type mentality for standard requests. I had very high expectations and am a die-hard Kimpton fan, unfortunately, with the exception of the San Francisco hotel this was the only other Kimpton disappointment in the range. I 've tried about 12+ different properties so far.
Pros: Free happy hour and coffe everyday. Great location and friendly staff.
Pros: Beautiful inside and out and the staff was amazing!!
Cons: Wish the cost was slightly lower
Pros: Location Location Location
Rather expensive for such small rooms and the bar closes early.
Cons: While modern and beautiful, they completely removed the HISTORY of the hotel that they replaced. The Brice is located in the old MULBERRY property, which was originally built in the old Coca Cola Bottling factory of Savannah. It would have been a nice touch if the Brice had kept some of the old Black and White photos that were in the halls of the old hotel and displayed them, somewhere as a way to tie the new to the history of Savannah. Instead, they completely eradicated the history. The staff is good, but not great. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, and I would rate it four. No coffee pot in the rooms until you ask for it, then its delivered and is great-keurig -why not just put one in each room? That's what I expect in five star hotels and certainly at hotels in this price point range.
Pros: Great location, hip atmosphere, comfy beds.
Cons: Seems like the staff was a bit immature or possibly new working in customer service. Check in was very "relaxed", bartender not able to help w/ wine selection, hostess made us call our own petty cab & find our own plastic cups for togo drinks. Nothing major, small courtesies like these would be expected in a place like this.
Pros: The receptionist was wonderful. We had accidentally booked the wrong date. She was more Han accommodating and even upgraded our room since it was our first family vacation! She took time and printed out restaurant recommendations and a city map.
Pros: Even though there was lots of pets at the hotel it was kept very clean. Wine social hour was very nice.
Cons: Pool was not heated.
Pros: Loved the hotel decor, comfort and great staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Great 5-5 free wine and appetizers. Great restaurant in lobby but also great food recommendations from the front desk and valet.
Cons: We checked in and the bathroom sink was broken. However, the staff was quick to fix the problem a d relocated us in 30 seconds.
Pros: Off course the location is great. staff are very friendly and helpful.
The happy hour at the hotel is the best. They provide finger food and wine for free and it provides a great opportunity to exchange some information with other guests.
They also have free bikes to rent which is awesome given that the closest place we saw that we could rent bikes was at market place.
Cons: Mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.
Pros: Great hotel. Beautiful city. Fabulous desk staff and valets.
Located in Historic Downtown, this eco-friendly hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Warren Square, Reynolds Square, and Rousakis Riverfront Plaza.
Cons: The king bed had two unmatched twin beds. One side was inches higher than the other. I kept rolling onto the low side and did not sleep well because of the mismatch. It was room 310.

When visiting Savannah, The Olde Savannah Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast available daily. Rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with nice touches like fireplaces, Egyptian cotton sheets, and premium bedding.
Pros: Loved the location and the history of the hotel.
Cons: Robes were suppose to be standard in every room, but we did not have them.. I requested robes to be sent to our room, but they were never delivered. Also there is suppose to be a turn down service that is standard, but we didn't receive that either .
Pros: I loved the location, the feel, the cleanliness, the staff, and the cost of this hotel. When we asked for more towels, coffee, etc, they delivered quickly. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful, and has that antique, but not dirty, feel. I would love to stay again.
Pros: Only gripe is with parking during check in.
Pros: Excellent location for the price. Love the preserved history. Tubby's was an excellent on-site restaurant. The staff was very helpful. Maybe extend the bar services and times. We'll be back to stay again!
Cons: The public restrooms were in need of attention but not bad considering the river street location
Pros: Thus hotel was close to everything. The historic atmosphere and tastefully finished rooms and period style decor was easy on the eyes. It feels like you are part of this lovely southern city. Convenient and xcellent restaurants, friendly service, reasonable rates, gorgeous. It's and comfortable clean rooms. What more could you want? Oh, and a lovely gratis private cocktail hour with wine, cheese, quail and more made dinner unnecessary!
Pros: Beautiful charm in prime location. Staff is friendly as well. Overall great stay.
Cons: Slightly too dirty for my liking (blood on the toilet seat, floor didn't appear clean, shower curtain dirty on inside as well). Also...they will stick to their 4pm check in time. We arrived around noon and was told the it was going to be several hours until the room was clean despite confirming through Kayak that my arrival would be between noon and one pm. They did accommodate my request for top floor, but could have cleaned a room and called as soon as it was ready.
Pros: Location was right on River Street. The rooms were clean enough. I liked the atmosphere, it felt very historic.
Cons: Our room was right next to the ice maker, and the noise kept us up. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Pros: I love the historic nature of the hotel. My room was very nice and I felt like I was staying in a room of a historic mansion. The bed turn down service with sweets left on your bed is a nice touch. Also enjoyed the wine and cheese reception in the lounge every evening.
Cons: No free parking. You have to park in public parking which costs $15 a day. Walls of rooms are very thin so you can hear every bump and bang in the rooms next to you. Was not impressed with the shower...the water pressure was not good.
Pros: This is my 6th time staying at the River Street Inn...every time I stay there, I love it even more. This was a last minute, one night trip and I got a great deal; I was even upgraded to a river view room! Normally I prefer modern hotels, however, I love the charm, character and history of the River Street Inn. The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is always friendly! You can't beat the location of RSI, just park your car and walk everywhere. I love the chocolate candy they put on your pillows every night and the wine and cheese social in the evenings is an added bonus! (my stay this weekend was on a Sunday, so I didn't get that perk...wish it was EVERY evening)I have stayed at several other hotels in Savannah in the past, and now there is nowhere else I'll stay except for the River Street Inn. Thank you for another GREAT experience this past Sunday y'all!
Pros: Great location, friendly and accomodating staff. Upgraded to riverview. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants on River Street as well as other attractions in the historic district. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The doorman, Chris was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent.
Cons: We were on a tight schedule and we're not able to get into our room until 4:45, 45 minutes after check in time. That ended up causing us to cancel dinner reservations. Cleaning staff was extremely loud and we were unable to take an afternoon nap because of this. We were able to hear every footstep and movement from adjacent rooms and floors which became extremely annoying.
Situated in the Historic District of Savannah, River Street Inn is within a half-mile of City Market, First African Baptist Church, Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, and Telfair Museum of Art. Old Fort Jackson and Bonaventure Cemetery are both within 4.5 miles.
First built in the 19th century as a cotton warehouse on Savannah's riverfront, this boutique hotel features such modern updates as complimentary wireless Internet access, 2,634 square feet (245 square meters) of conference space, and a fitness center. Period details include beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, and wood floors. The hotel's lower levels house shops and restaurants, including the New Orleans-style Huey's Southern Café, the casual seafood restaurant Tubby's, and Bernie's River Street Restaurant and Bar. Complimentary guest receptions with appetizers and wine are held at the hotel Monday through Saturday evenings. This is a smoke-free property. Cafe on premises.
River Street Inn has 86 non-smoking guestrooms, all with complimentary wireless Internet access and televisions featuring HBO. Direct-dial phones include voice mail. Coffee/tea makers are provided. Private bathrooms offer bathrobes, designer toiletries, hair dryers, and makeup/shaving mirrors. Rooms also include complimentary weekday newspapers, CD players, irons and ironing boards, and safes. Nightly turndown service features handmade chocolates.
Pros: Personnel, except for one waitress, were great.
Cons: First night there was no water. It came back on at 11:00 am the next day. We were just given an apology by voice mail. On top of the inconvienance (no bathrooms working, ick) it could have been a disaster since the sprinkler system would not have worked if a fire broke out. And we were on the 13th floor. Breakfast cost us $52.00! Really!!!??
Pros: The ferry ride across the river was good
Cons: The customer service was horrible. Never coming back to this resort.
Pros: Great location with a shuttle that takes you across the river 2x/hr so easy to get back and forth. Pretty grounds and for the most part very nice staff.
Cons: They definitely need either a bigger pool or a second pool. With as many "pool days" as you get in Savannah, its reasonable to assume guests are for the most part going to take advantage of the pool. Its way too small for the size of the hotel, and there are no where near enough chairs. They also waste a lot of pool real estate on cabanas that they're trying to upsell...that could be more chairs. But even with more chairs the pool area is simply way too small for the capacity of the resort. Overall, upselling the cabana is reminiscent of their strategy...nickle and dime guests.
Pros: It was just my wife and our Morkie and the room was more than enough. Clean place, friendly staff. You definitely want to get a room facing the river that way you can see the ships come in and also have a view of river street. You have a ferry that can take you to river street from the Westin property for FREE. That way you are not spending $ on parking. If I'm back in Savannah I will def stay there again.
Pros: Boring/Disorganized receptionist at Aqua Star restaurant and long waiting.
The receptionist wrote my name on a piece of paper then told me to wait around 15 minutes but we waited 45 minutes. When i checked back on him , he acted confused then finally gave us a table. When we got inside, we noticed the family that came right before us were still not served. That's when we decided not to waste anymore time and leave.Overall The hotel is wonderful.
Cons: More excited friendly staff and fast service
Pros: room was wonderful. Great shower, comfy bed, lots of pillows, very quiet. Always got a good nights sleep. loved the water taxi service. Room service guy was the most helpful and friendly person we dealt with the entire stay. He was great! We also liked the Green program, I like hotels that provide this option.
Cons: front desk pretty much took the information and gave out keys. No information on where thing were, how to get to the water taxi, information on the different in house restaurants. We had to figure things out for ourselves and when we had to ask an employee, some were helpful and others acted like we were bothering them. I am enrolled in the starwood preferred guest program so I was expecting more helpfulness. Other Starwood properties had an info packet all ready at check in. Savannah is a destination spot so it would have been helpful if we had been given more information.
Cons: Check in time is late (4 pm) and don't count on being able to get your room a minute early.
Pros: They staff was very friendly and assisted your tend to your needs
Cons: Food choices were limited...I would have like to see more salads on the menu.
Pros: Very clean, modern, ferry boat crossings
Cons: Late check-in time
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms and facility were very clean and the beds and bedding was awesome! Luxurious, comfortable and completely accommodating for what I was looking for, for a weekend getaway.
Cons: TV remote didn't work well. Upon initial call to the hotel, the front desk stated that they did not have shuttles to and from the airport. When I left and asked the front desk to call me a cab, they stated they had a shuttle that was $10 cheaper than a cab rate.
Our resort is located in the Savannah River District, in the Lowcountry—home to beautiful marshlands, wild coasts, and many bird species. The re-imagined space is adjacent to the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. Enjoy our tranquil riverside oasis from a hammock or cabana. Our facilities include the Heavenly Spa by Westin™, complete business services, Har-tru tennis courts, and the area's only PGA championship golf course, nestled amidst stunning nature. Our 403 classic guest rooms, including 13 suites, are furnished with the latest amenities, from LCD TVs and iDock radios to High Speed Internet; Heavenly® Beds and Baths; and fully-integrated multi-media connectivity centers.
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Lots of good restaurants, sight seeing, and nightlife within walking distance.
Cons: Rooms were too small to be considered a suite. There was no pool--Savannah is too hot to not have a pool for relaxing! The AC made the room freezing when it was on but the room was hot as soon as the AC cycled off. Too expensive for what you get, but seems to be on par for the area.
Cons: We drove 6 hours to hotel and booked a month in advance, had comfirmation #and all. They cancelled out reservations without telling us and had no rooms left and neither did the area. Ended up with no choice but to sleep in our car. WORST HOtEL EVER!!!!
Pros: This hotel is located very near everything. The river walk is right across the street. Bring your walking shoes, this city is a walking city, which is what I loved.
The concierge is fantastic. Friendly and helpful.
Cons: The kitchenette could use an update.
Pros: Breakfast included. Employees in lobby were very nice.
Cons: Was not told the hotel was under renovation. Paid WAY too much for this stay. Rooms were small. Only one mirror in the whole room. Not suitable for families. Banging and pounding. Unfinished elevator. Air in room was very inconsistent. We were either very hot or very cold. In the top 5 of most disappointing hotels we've stayed at.
Pros: Comfortable bed with wonderful, friendly staff. We enjoyed the social reception and hot breakfast was a good value with the room:
Cons: We had to stay in a strange interior room with no real window or daylight. The wifi did not work and we racked up a lot of data use on our phone since we could not connect. They allow dogs to stay at what seems like a very nice hotel. It is disruptive to hear dogs barking when you are trying to relax. Also, as someone who is highly allergic it was hard to stay in a place with pets and dander. Had I known ahead of time that they allow pets, I would have likely picked a different hotel.
Pros: A little crowded at breakfast; The location is out of the way; but I chose it for the price.
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was very good, the atmosphere warm and helpful, and overall it was quite welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: The "comforter" on the bed was made of some plastic-feeling synthetic
Pros: Not much at all
Cons: The Room was quite small & had an unpleasant odor (musty)
went & bought some air freshener this cured the problem.
Unfortunately that night realized that we were under a generator of some sorts--I didn't get much sleep, what with the constant howl.
Was informed that the hotel was fully booked for Halloween, we couldn't be relocated.
(3) nights, hardly any sleep in a somewhat dated room that needs a refurb!!
NOT impressed at all--will NEVER use Staybridge again.
Even the Manager, when possible to locate staff was in my face like he wanted trouble.

Pros: Location is in the center of distance from Hilton Head and Tybee Island. There was also ample space for a family of 7 (2 adults & 4 children).
Cons: Hotel's wifi service truly needs to be updated (extremely poor signal). Additionally, their toilets stopped flushing easily...even switched rooms & still had an issue. Breakfast was just ok & this location didnt offer free happy hour.
Pros: Located close to I95.
Cons: Located too close to I95. Could not sleep with all the traffic traveling I95. Room was probably 100 yards from roadway. A room on opposite side of hotel may have helped.
Pros: The size of the room and workout space was excellent. The coffee bar in the main lobby always seemed fresh. Maid service was great. The continental breakfast was good but repetitive. Front desk personnel was friendly.
Cons: Hllway carpt 1st flr was nt smooth trshcns out frnt were constantly full pool rm humid bdrm very humid humidifier needed mole undr sink shwr head rusted dirty ring round toilet tub drain slw carpt stained brokn side tbl ice bld up refrig soiled furn
Pros: They offer a hot breakfast in the morning, and they refilled the hot items even though it was just about the end of the breakfast time. Thus, even though we came down later then most, we still had fresh hot food!
Pros: just a great experience overall
Cons: distance from downtown but ill live
Pros: Close to highway
Cons: The smell of mold was overwhelming
Pros: Location of 10 minutes away from Savannah. Good value.
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating after a long day on the road. We checked in later in the evening and she offered us information on what was around. Upon check out the desk staff was very nice as well and made it seem like they were generally interested in asking us how our stay was rather than the robotic, mandated question that is asked upon checkout from every hotel. The room was quite nice and we felt like we had a bargain based on what we had ended up paying for it. It was a very comfortable stay.
Pros: The room was quite nice for the price we paid. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the room was very spacious.
Cons: The air conditioner was a little loud but that was about it.
Pros: This hotel was excellent for the price and is within 15 minutes of downtown Savannah, The rooms are large and very clean,
Cons: There was not a towel holder to hang your towels after showering.
Pros: Quiet but close to i95 and convenient to everything. Perfect location perfect stay. Loved it. Thank you.
Pros: Everything was nice

Pros: Friendly staff
Location: right in the middle of shopping district and waterfront
Cons: Valet parking only: $27/ day. Nearby parking comparably high.
No free breakfast: coffee/hot drinks were available for free in the morning
Pros: Pleasant atmosphere
Cons: Late in day to check in. When the clock struck 4:00 magically the room was ready. Nothing before. Hard to believe.
Pros: Every one was very nice, helpful, and efficient
Cons: Maybe new shower curtains
Pros: Convenient, friendly
Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in June 2016. My room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was, for the most part, very kind and helpful.
Cons: The shower in my room was somewhat tricky to use. Though, once we got it working it was fine.
The wi-fi didn't work at all. It wasn't something I needed so I didn't bother to speak to a staff member to figure it out.
Pros: the location was great, close to good restaurants and in the historic district
Pros: I arrived a little after 12, They would no one at the valet to greet me nor to take my luggage, after checking into my room, roughly about an hour , I dialed room service, the front desk, and none were available when I call, I stepped out to the hallway to get ice and ice machine was broke come that evening I stepped out to pick up a friend , And it took a half hour for me to get my car for the valet was somewhere in the building doing something else, I could've paid less for better service that I received at this hotel, I am completely dissatisfied
Pros: The location is great, right on Bay St and within walking distance of major sights.
Cons: I did not see beforehand that parking is $25 per night and that there was no complementary breakfast (I believe the price was $12-15 per person).
The fitness center offers only a couple cardio machines and a set of free weights with hardly any room to use them.
Pros: Great location to everything! The lobby was beautiful. Rooms were typical for a Hilton Garden Inn.
Cons: The bathroom needed updating as well as a good cleaning. Felt like I needed to wear flip flops to even go into the bathroom. The Valet also lost our car keys for an hour and a half to finally find them in another guest's car.
Pros: Mary the concierge was wonderful!!
Pros: The room was clean and the location of the room at the end of the hall, provided a quiet and restful night of sleep. The staff was friendly and eager to answer all of our questions.
Cons: That the $25.00 parking PER night was not disclosed until we arrived. So the $105.00 value price for the night with the parking actually more than other hotels. The information about the hotel did indicate that parking was provided but never dreamed I would be charged a fee and then per night. Since I had already prepared for the hotel, my hands were tied. Many friends have inquired about my visit to Savanagh and where we stayed. I informed them about the my experience at the Hilton as being a great hotel but to watch out for the unknown ( parking).

Pros: Very friendly staff and great atmosphere
Cons: Nothing bad at all
Pros: Location! Close to everything. Really liked the fact that coffee was available at all times, and the cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful--they even had a "to go" breakfast on the final day, as our flight left before breakfast was even served. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Pros: The pros of this stay here include the great location, the breakfast that's included, the cleanliness of the room's bathroom, and the courteous staff
Cons: Major cons that ruined my entire stay would include the infestation of Insects in my room (ants) on the floors and walls. The front desk associate who overcharged my card two more times after I had already booked and paid for my room online. And me not getting the type of room I requested when I booked and paid online. I will also like to include the poor parking unless you're paying for valet.
Pros: Great morning breakfast, easy walk to all sites.
Pros: The hotel was a short walk away from River Street. Hotel has the old world charm in keeping with Savannah. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Not ideal that the parking deck is a couple of blocks away from the hotel and costs $15 per day.
I reserved a King room but we had to stay in a room with 2 Double beds because there were no kings available when we checked in.
Pros: We could easily walk to the beautiful and bustling riverfront where all the action was - great restaraunts, shops, etc.
Pros: Easy check in and friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom floor was a bit dirty
Cons: No parking
Pros: the comfortable beds
Cons: I was charged for $90 of parking when I was told it would be $60 for 2 nights. The staff did not seem to be extremely helpful either.
Cons: some street noise

Pros: The cost was reasonable. Accessibility great. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and breakfast was awesome. Thank you .
Pros: The front desk staff was respectful. However because it allows animals onto the first and second floor, there was a smell of dander. The breakfast could have been better, the sausages were very dry and the pastries were not very fresh. I do feel that for $150 including tax was too much to ask. $100 even is more adequate.
Cons: Not worth $150. The smell of animals along was enough to drive down the price. The shower pressure was not very strong either.
Pros: Everything fine except for mold.
Cons: Mold on back of bathroom door.

Pros: The lady at the front desk check in was great.
Cons: Hallway carpet needed vacuuming badly. Breakfast bar really closed 15 mins early. Room for 4 only had 2 towels. Old style A/C kept waking me up during night. Curtains didn't block enough light. Awakened several times by noise next door and upstairs.
Pros: The staff was so nice and sweet. The hotel was right off i95! My room was nice and clean. I would say my overall stay was amazing!
Pros: staff, breakfast, and pool
Cons: the carpet was damp and wet from the humidity. There was no fan in the bathroom.
Pros: King beds!
Very convenient for travelers on Interstate 95... EZ on and off. Lots of fast food at the interchange.
Pros: Comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Pretty good breakfast items.
Cons: The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Lots of hair in the bathroom--ick! Big difference between the always-clean H am pton In n hotels and this one... same star level? No way.
PRICLINE IS A RIP OFF AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES. YOU RIPPED ME OFF.
Pros: i DID NOT GO ON THIS TRIP.
Cons: AS I TOLD YOU I WAS ONLY MAKING RESERVATIONS NOT BOOKING.
I would recommend. Fifteen min from Bay St./ River street. Lots of local restaurants. Just an overall nice stay.
Pros: Location was great. Very clean. Staff and housekeeping great. Easy parking and access to room. Good breakfast.

Pros: The staff were nice. The facility was clean. The decor was nice and modern. The cookies in the lobby were good. There was enough information on finding things to do nearby.
Cons: There was a bad smell in one of my rooms that didn't go away. The breakfast could have been better. The omelets were laughable and the pancake machine didn't work. The sausage was salty. The king suite was misleading. I thought it had a king sized bed, a queen sized bed and a sofa. It really had a king sized bed and a sofa that pulled out into queen sized bed. I could have saved $20 and got 2 rooms with two queen sized beds.
Pros: we were upgraded at no extra charge to a nicer room
Cons: the breakfast left a little to be desired

Pros: Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, clean room, and facilities.
Cons: The location and parking situation is uncomfortable. Check in is too late in the day.
Pros: Beautiful hotel rooms impeccable
I will recomendé to friends and family and will like to go to another in another city
Pros: Love the modern rooms
Cons: Mint scented shampoo
Pros: The coffee maker
Cons: Desk staff rude. Renovation took over the complete hotel - our hallway on 5th floor, temporary lobby nasty, Madison room terrible. Such a hotel should not be charging for a breakfast pastry esp under these conditions. Cleaning staff did not address our room at all. Bed too soft. Live and learn - the hard way
Pros: Great location, lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms
Cons: Half of hotel was undergoing renovation, and while they maintained a fairly clean and quiet atmosphere, walking into a hall rented with plastic and filled with power tools was a bit unsettling. Travelers ought to be advised of such things prior to booking...and given a steeper discount.
Pros: The hotel was a really great deal, especially for the quality of hotel.
Cons: It was a little on the outskirts of the downtown area.
Pros: The indoor pool is small , and on the cool side , but it was January. They are under construction, but it was quiet and is in NEED of updating .Clean , staff was super friendly, breakfast cafe is low quality, outdated, had the feel of a motel.Had I not got a great deal on this hotel,I would've been hugely disappointed. My Daughter goes to S.C.A.D ,So I've been to many hotels in the historic center, this is on the bottom of my list of places to stay.
Pros: The location is nice
Cons: Everything else is horrible. Major renovations under way. They even renovate on Sunday's which is horrible. The bed is probably a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Room is small and no parking because you cannot park in the garage
Pros: I was not aware that the hotel was under construction. It was kid of a mess and I wouldn't have booked a reservation for our anniversary here if o had know that. I was pretty disappointed.
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable overall.
Cons: Was in a room that had a door that adjoined to the next room that seemed very thin. At 5am could hear the people in the adjoining room so clearly it sounded like they were in the room with me. TV remote did not work, and the clock had not been set for the current time. Most hotels will allow a 1hr late checkout . . . Not here! And noticed what appeared to be a small patch of mold in the bathroom.
Pros: Clean room, very comfortable bed, great location. It was an easy walk to the waterfront and the historic district. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: I would have liked a coffeemaker in the room.
Pros: The parking was on ground floor and convenient, glad we didn't have to go across the street. WE were able to walk around easily, room was clean but not drop dead gorgeous but nice. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I agree with breakfast issue. Reminded me of the free breakfasts at other chains. I would not have paid $13 unless I had a per diem, was hungry and in a hurry.
