Pros (+) The location & the staff were very friendly. I liked that there was a microwave & fridge in the room.
Cons (-) The phone in our room didn’t work. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working and we had to go to the lobby for ice. We were not provided with any glasses in our room. The pillows were very poor quality the room, but the mattress was comfortable.

Pros (+) I was only there one night but I was very comfortable. When I needed questions answered the staff was cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast was great too.
Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Close to NJ Transit and PATH into NYC. Great diner nearby. Great breakfast in the lobby.
Cons (-) Only flaw was that it is on a flight path for planes taking off and leaving, so occasionally you hear a plane, but just once in a while. And not overly loud

LOVED having the shuttle service from the airport, then each day to and from the Penn Station! Your drivers were Great, and made our nervousness about maneuvering through the Rapid Transit in New Jersey/New York, a good experience. Thank you!
