It was conveniently located for me. The staff was super accommodating to my needs for adjoining rooms. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was wonderful and everyone was friendly.

Great room. Great staff.

Room was acceptable upon arrival door didn't latch or lock well and I could hear EVERYTHING through the door, window and walls. The second day, upon my return my key did not work and once fixed, I returned to a room that didn't get cleaned even though I specifically requested it be cleaned and I had no clean towels and the sink had leaked on the bathroom floor. I phoned for clean towels and the man at the front desk told me he didn't know where to find them and that none of the rooms got cleaned. Stay some place else and avoid the mess!!!

Everything seemed outdated and old. The picture did not match the room I got.

my non smoking room smell like smoke, hallways smell like a dirty ash tray, they was a hole outside of the bathroom look like they were working on the tub plumbing

The lobby was clean.

I hated everything about the hotel.. Signs of bed bugs, blood stains on the carpet, broken ac units and locks on the doors. Broken windows were taped with duct tape to keep from cracking further, dust where the tv remote used to be, but no remote.

This hotel needs help. It is old & needs work!! Not real lean. Carpets walls, bedding, etch needs help. No phone in room. Very old TV. No ice bucket, minimal towels. Pillows old & lumpy

The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The room had darkening shades, which I like. The staff was very nice.

Wish breakfast was included, even if only continental.

This is the secomd time we have visited this hotel. Same experience both times at the bar...not very friendly or service oriented. I get the sense they don't enjoy hospitality. The check in staff was very friendly but slow response for check in. Room was not available and communication between staff was minimal in terms of getting room ready.

Big, beautiful rooms and an easy, peaceful atmosphere. The double queens room was bigger than anything we've stayed in recently and had a large fridge and a crib for our baby boy, which was perfect.

The hotel seems a bit run-down in some ways: the spa is closed for good, the rooms have a "room service" menu but when you call by phone, nothing is available so actually they'd be better off advertising that they just don't have room service; the front desk doesn't answer the phones very well.

We travelled from AZ to OH for daughter's baby shower. We brought a trailer of presents and needed to wrap. They let us use a meeting room to do that. Really helped.

Nice large room, good staff. But normal hotel, nothing to write home about.

Shower was horrible, cold and the curtain was dirty, had stains on it and possibly had not been changed in a month. Horrible.

Bedbugs. I lost my deposit. Couldnt afford to get bit. I would like a refund.

This bed and breakfast was adorable! Our room was spacious, cozy, and gorgeously decorated. The food was fantastic (homemade cookies, fresh fruit, delicious quiche). My fiance and I had a fabulous time, at a fabulous price! We can't wait to go back!
