Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent riverfront location and proximity to downtown attractions, making it easy to walk to local sights and enjoy scenic views. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and the presence of bugs and spiders. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive or rude staff and maintenance problems. While the location is a major draw, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews
