Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location near the city center and attractions. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and the lack of an elevator, which made access to upper floors difficult for some. While some found the hotel to be a good value, others noted that the surrounding area could feel unwelcoming or noisy. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and facilities are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
