Pros: Great breakfast and friendly help!
Cons: It was all wonderful!
Pros: It was clean and so quiet. The staff was very friendly!
Cons: For an indoor pool, the water was pretty cold, which my family didn’t like.
Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was great!!!
Cons: We got a handicapped room for some reason and the arrangement of the shower was awful for us. The floor was soaking wet every time we showered and it was very wet and so we had to use more towels to clean up the water. We asked to be moved and they had no other rooms available.
Pros: Everything about this hotel was great - beautiful facilities, friendly staff, super-clean, really nice breakfast for the kids.
Cons: Newton wasn’t as close as ideal from where we were visiting, and getting there to-from the highway was a bit more challenging then expected. But these are minor quibbles - We’d go back in a heartbeat!
Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The price
Pros: Manager Taylor was extremely helpful, kind & professional. His staff obviously follow his example.
Pros: Everything! But my favorite part was seeing the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls on the breakfast buffet!
Cons: no response when breakfast coffee pot reported empty
Pros: Front desk staff were very nice. breakfast was good.
Cons: The beds were to hard. we heard every noise in our room. Cleaning staff did not clean our room that they started on and left the door unlocked with latch in the door. we were very unhappy!
Cons: I had to go to the front desk for toiletries and towels rather than them bring it to my room.
Cons: The breakfast could have a little more variety.

Cons: That the pool was not working
Pros: Pool, hot tub and a very friendly staff. Clean and a very good value. I used to stay in Newton for work but now I will stay here it’s as nice as any in Newton with a better value and very short commute.
Pros: Very impressed with the cleanliness and for all extras such as cookies set out and a popcorn machine. We will be back
Cons: We were there as a stop over before our state trap shoot. The clerk would not allow my husband to bring the shotguns which were in cases and unloaded, into our room. So my husband slept in the truck with the guns. He did not have a great stay! There is no written policy on guns!

My kids were creeped out from an older foreign guy that works and lives there, new management. He wouldn't stop staring at them and me too in the pool area.Very creepy. He even told my kids they needed to to go to bed the first night at 8pm!!
Pros: My family and I always look forward in staying at this location for the simple fact it's clean service staff is very polite and very professional. Thank you very much for this pass 2 years. Aloha

Pros: Liked having the restaurant right there.
Cons: Parking was a problem--not enough spaces for guests.
Pros: The room was incredibly clean and quiet. It had a refrigerator and microwave. Downstairs was a convenience store and restaurant. They offered 24 hour massage service down the hall.
Cons: The sheets were pilled. The rooms were above a convenience store and restaurant which was weird.
Pros: Nice restaurant in the lobby area. Also nice to have a elevator.
Cons: We was traveling with a small trailer on the truck, so we had to park a very long distance from the door. A phone in the room would have been nice too.
Pros: Semi truck parking Restaurant on premise
Cons: There was a vibration in the next room that wouldn't go away. It was like a washing machine was in a spin cycle for 30 min. It made sleeping difficult. The bedding was really worn.
Pros: Good bed, clean room.
Cons: No walkin shower, no coffee maker, no continental breakfast.
Pros: Low price rooms. The prices in the store were fair also, it wasn't like most convenience stores where they jack up the prices.
Cons: Old TVs couldn't play xbox.
Pros: The bed was just great
Cons: Nothing could be better
Pros: Location, everything you need at one spot, hospitality
Pros: This is a truck stop, the breakfast was great ~ but not included. the location was great for us, we were on a "graduation tour" so this was 1/2 way for us.
Cons: We were told that the online bookers had not made contact with the hotel,, so they didn't know where you came up with the rates, they honored them,,, but really 1 wash cloth and 1 disposable plastic cup!!!! we paid $4 extra for 1 more person (2 total) and stayed 2 nites,,,,, got what we paid for
Pros: It was quiet, the rooms were clean, the beds just fine. The morning breakfast at Charlie's Restaurant (attached) was wonderful. Would stay there again.

Pros: The king bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing is there except the room.
Cons: They had nothing for the children and they had no insight on things to do in the area. They say they had a pool and breakfast NO, NO they don't and the game room had bring quarters oh yea the poor maintained pool table and a broken ping pong table was it. Don't get me started on the room and water pressure.
Pros: It was ok
Cons: No breakfast provided. On their website it said there was
Cons: Kids in room next to us were noisy.
Cons: Dated facility and rooms.
Cons: The hot tub was broke, the pool was nasty, the shower didn't have any pressure, and there was noi breakfast!
Pros: Room harkens back to the 70s in a good way! This hotel compound was probably super busy in its day, and people should come back again!! The building & facilities are still in great condition and a family would enjoy the poo, retro video arcade games, and pool table. There is also a great burger & gourmet ice cream restaurant right next door.
Cons: Refrig had no shelves.
Pros: Rooms are all ground level
Pros: The bathroom was immaculate. Much better bath towels. The two arm chairs were a nice touch.
Cons: The bed was wore out and the sheets had holes in them but they were clean. Online the reviews for hot breakfast were very exciting but when I went to front for breakfast I was told over phone system that they don’t offer breakfast. Or apparently man the front desk.
Pros: Nothing!! too cold in the breakfast room and in the swimming pool!
Pros: Honestly the room was clean enough. But that was about it
Cons: They had no breakfast despite the advertising. There was no water to shower in the morning. Not even a trickle. They don’t have a hot tub anymore. Sorry I made the reservation. It was unrefundable. Can’t take Discover cars because of system issues. There was not much good or right about my stay. So I won’t ever again. And I may not give any other properties in the same chain a chance either. Easily the worst hotel/motel stay in my life.
Located in Newton, Newton Inn is a 3-minute drive from Warkentin House Museum and 6 minutes from Kauffman Museum. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Easy, fast, simple
Cons: 5 minutes after checking into the motel, while in the parking lot, I was pulled over by a police officer. I had a temporary travel permit, but the actual license plates were expired. He informed me that the motel was known for "druggies" and that I should find somewhere else. They were suspicious because they have a lot of issues with drug trafficking also. However, my children and I ended up staying about a week and never noticed any kind of drug activity or any suspicious people.
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: No hot water the 1st day for the shower. Semi-fixed so it was lukewarm the 2nd.
Pros: Fairly basic room. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't it. But if you're just needing a place to sleep it was fine.
Pros: It was convenient.
Cons: There was hair in the bathtub. When I was blow drying my hair the breaker blew had to call front desk. The young woman that checked me had a bit of an attitude tried to tell me she couldn’t give me a receipt when I paid cash upon check in.
Pros: Clean room. Friendly staff.
Cons: Finish remodeling. Change out tub/shower knobs for something simpler to use. Hair dryers would be nice along with soap that lathers.
Pros: Friendly staff. Neat older property. Well maintained. I will definitely stay here again when I need to return to Newton.
Cons: It was HOT on the day of my stay. The air conditioner was turned off when I got in to the room. Took several hours to get the room cool enough to be comfortable. It would have been nice if the staff could have cooled the room down before I arrived.
Cons: No breakfast
Cons: Had a bad smell throughout building, sheets where not cleaned well and smell bad. Truck stop next door so was extremely noisy day and night.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean
Pros: Very affordable. Easy on/off interstate.
Cons: Little dated. Had a trailer, parking was tight for that.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Booking.com over booked so our rooms were gone. Staff members went way above what they needed to and found acomodations for me and my family. Service was top of the line!
Located in Hesston, Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Hesston is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Hesston College and Dyck Arboretum of the Plains. Featured amenities include a business center, laundry facilities, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant in the building. We ate there twice and would have eaten there for breakfast Sunday, had they been open. The location of the facility was convenient for everything we needed.
Cons: The bathroom is a disaster. Two holes punched in the door, paint peeling, ceiling fan hanging from the ceiling, and the bathtub leaks. Looked like a blood stain on the tile floor. No coffee in the room, and when we got some it didn't taste like coffee.
Pros: When we arrived at nearly 10:00pm, there was no one at the counter and despite ringing the bell several times,no one came.I finally called the hotel and then the woman came out. The breakfast room had a dz dead bugs on the floor, too.
Cons: Dead bugs all over the breakfast room floor, and the clerk denied was a problem. She said it's 'Kansas' and they were 'only rolly pollies'.
Pros: It was near where where I needed to go.
Cons: The covers and sheets were dingy and warn. There were water stains on the ceiling and the paint was chipping.
Cons: When you have to ring the bell over and over up to 8 times and no one comes for service, they don't deserve to manage or own the motel. Pathetic is all we can say.
Cons: My worst experience EVER! The staff was rude. It took someone 15 minutes to come to the front desk to check me in. She stated I had room with a king bed, had to pay extra for 2 beds. Was told if want breakfast to go to restaurant, no water in pool
Cons: dirty, linen dirty/gray. no plate on electrical switch in bathroom - dangerous. Continental breakfast a sham. few doughnuts and open gallon on milk in refrigerator. Anybody could have added to it or sucked on bottle. carpet filthy. remains of food on rug
Pros: nothing to like about the hotel
Cons: there was coffee grounds still in the coffee pot along with allot of mold. the bathroom had garbage on the floor and for the week I stayed was NEVER cleaned. DO NOT stay in this hotel
Pros: It was in Hesston.
Cons: The door to the room was difficult to close.
Cons: No one at front desk. You have to press tiny button for someone to come out. There should be a sign on counter so people know that. Swimming pool on web site but no water in pool, dust suggests unused for awhile. Carpet not cleaned in years.
Pros: good location, the attached restaurant was excellent. Room was clean.
Cons: Web site promise pool and full breakfast. Pool was closed. instant coffee, stale pastry & cold cereal for breakfast. Ice machine was slimy. floor dangerously slippery after shower due to poor ventilation. Never anyone at the desk.
Pros: It was close to where I needed to go.
Cons: The beds and bedding looked old and dingy. There was a smell in the bathroom. It was very hard to find the front desk staff when needed.
