Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.

Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.
It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏

It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
The crew was wonderful, the plane was fine. We left the gate on time, but we had to wait 40 minutes on the tarmac because of all the congestion at Boston.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.
The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.
Typical AA - late by 90+ mn. Gate changed twice... Changed the departure time 6 times No explanation, no communication on reasons for delay I travel with AA twice a year... and it is consistently very poor.. I will continue to use AA only when i have to.
I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours
Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
There was a situation before take off with a passager but the flight crew and others handled it very well. The flight attendants were great!
