Cons: Thought I had paid 4 room on line. Was required to pay at the Inn prior to receiving my roomThe room was tiny. had to stand on the bed to turn on the A/C Asked for a wake up at 4:30 A.M. received call at 3:30 A.M. Attempted to call cesk, No answer
Pros: High Springs Country Inn is near Ichetucknee Springs State Park. The room is clean and decent. It is also spacious.
Pros: Family owned.
Cons: Lacking in cleanliness. Too bright outside the window no covering other than blind that let light in. Wall/ light switches dirty, bathroom tile dirty, several areas could have been maintained. Two courtesy shampoo but one filled with water instead.
Pros: convenient to O'Leno state park and reasonable rates. Clean.
Cons: Room was never cleaned before we arrived. Sheets had not been changed. Nothing had been wiped down.
We noticed some improvements to the office and hours of availability that are nice. The desk clerk was a very personable young lady!
Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location for our activities. It is not fancy, new, or luxurious, but it suits our needs-- a clean room and comfy bed for one night. Plus, the windows actually open for those of us that don't like air conditioning.
The room is not insulated, so you here every time your neighbor enters or exits there room. The air conditioner (window unit) did not work properly and it clicked ALL night long. Didn't get much sleep that night. We reserved a queen bed, but only got a full bed.
Quaint, nostalgic a la Route 66.
Pros: Nostalgic character.
Pros: very comfortable, asked for two beds room had three with no extra charge, had a tale with chairs, small fridge, plenty of towels, very relaxing place to stay and the price of the room was fair also it is in close proximity to everything we needed.
This hotel is particularly setup for scuba divers. Has an equipment clean-off station out front and they have no issues about taking your gear inside and cleaning. Good diner within walking distance directly across the street.
Pros: This hotel is particularly setup for scuba divers. Has an equipment clean-off station out front and they have no issues about taking your gear inside and cleaning. Rooms are clean - definitely NOT a roach motel.
Cons: Can't think of anything I dislike about the hotel.
Price ok . Would not go back.
Pros: Hotel was dated. Smelled musy/moldy. Toilet didn't flush properly had to lift back lid to flush toilet moldy. Sink and shower fixtures coroded. Bathroom ile dated.
Cons: Office had strong smell of cooking spice smell.
Pros: Simply stayed overnight on business. It was convenient to I-75 and our client. The accommodations were as expected, sufficient but not overly luxurious. Missed breakfast but saw the spread as we left, nice. Really it was fine for our needs - bed & shower, desk & internet.
Cons: little worn around the edges but nothing gross or scary
Cons: Free breakfast was not good, even for free. Bed was very stiff and old and sheets were scratchy. Bad.
Pros: The location was close to interstate
Cons: Exterior corridors were not clear when booked in kayak, shower head was very low! Room carpets semes dusting at edges, toilet was dirty or stained with hard water ring....it did seem as though they were doing some updates to rooms, so it may get better.
Pros: The pool
Cons: The staffs attitude and how they watched our every move.

Pros: The lock on the door and the electrical outlets didn't work. The room was not cleaned nor were additional linens offered from one day to the next. The breakfast offered was only cereal and the coffee ran out. The smoking area was right beside the outside staircase requiring us to walk through smoke to reach our room.
Cons: The room rate was increased by $38 a night because there was a UF football game 20 miles away.
Cons: Could have been cleaner
Pros: Surprised by the value for your buck. Very reasonable weekend rate. Good location access to interstate. Friendly staff.

Cons: Worst hotel experience ever.
During my stay which i had booked for 10 days, my room was cleaned 1 time, I was accused of having a dog, which i do not have a dog, was locked out of my room for the dog eppisode. The staff was rude dirty and nasty. I had to stay because i could not get a refund. I felt harassed during my whole stay. Was told i had to pay for another person, because i booked a king bed, BTW I did not get, i had two double beds and i was alone for this whole horrible stay. This is not a people friendly hotel!!!!!!
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Where do I start. This was the worst hotel experince i have ever had. I was staying here while i was waiting to close on a homei had purchased nearby.
Cons: Watching the owner scrape the dead skin of her feet, holding on to her bmw, on my way to the breakfast. And by breakfast I mean stale cereal and two muffins. Beds hurt both my husband and I. A total dump.
Pros: Close to I 75. Resturants anf stores close by. Air conditioner workef great.
Cons: Coffee pot worked but hadn't been cleaned. Desk clerk was a little rude when we first arrived so we had to leave then go back later. The afternoon clerk was much nicer. Brrakfast area was not available until after six. Was not ready for guests.
Pros: THEY NEED EMPLOYES WITH PUBLIC RELATION SKILLSthey advertise a continental breakfast from 7 to 10 but I went around 9.00 am they did not have any plates or paper cups and nothing to eatwhat we can eat without plates?
