Service was excellent! ALL staff were polite, courteous, professional and friendly!
Very good experience! Nothing constructive to suggest - they were on top of it!
I loved the pool area. And that the access to the beach was super close.
The rooms were totally disgusting. I was just at that same hotel two years ago and it’s gone way downhill. The room seemed nice as we walked in. It smelled fresh. But as we settled in we noticed how dirty it was, meaning needed new paint, some bleach, and a new bed. The bed was awful- it split in the middle cross wise. It felt we were sleeping in a hole. The bathroom was so gross. I didn’t even want to bathe my child in the tub. I had to clean the tub myself before using it. The bathroom floors were stained with a brown color- when it should have been white. The mirror in the bathroom needed to be replaced. Once we decided to eat- the porch- was great at first. Then my husband and I both ended up with food poisoning. For two days. It was awful. I’m really saddened because we were so excited, as two years ago the hotel was fantastic. It’s just sad how quickly downhill things can get. I’d would have rather paid the extra $300 a night to stay at the Hilton. No joke. Oh well, you live you learn.
Have heard a lot about Hilton Head over the years, and was a bit underwhelmed. Most of the buildings in the area appear to have suffered from age and weather. In no way does this compare to Pebble Beach or Palm Springs.
They tack on a lot of hidden charges
The what the rooms are - the price is way too expensive
Nice comfortable bed
Paid 30 dollars extra for beach view and got one of the parking lot.Way overpriced for this type of hotel.Started with initial price of 199 on kayak and paid close to 300.Much better deals on Hilton Head that I should have pursued.
Beach access and close to shopping, friendly staff
We did see a cockroach in the bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious! Good price and would come back for the buffet. The beds were very comfortable.
It would have been nice if your website knew it could have told us that it was under renovations. There was some hipcups staying there. The staff was great and had a great attitude going through their transition.
Great place to stay

My short stay was overall a pleasureable one. I did unfortunately fiind the prior guests false eyelash on the carpet by the bed. :( I did bring it to the attention of the night desk clerk who said she would note it and adjust my bill, but did not see any adjustment on my bill.
Resort. Ya right
The beach was so close
The beach house is not a resort it's a nasty old hotel that calls itself a resort.
