Pros. General ambiance and 'majestic' charm of this colonial styled hotel. Breakfast good quality and varied. All staff very professional.
Cons. We stayed in the 'new' wing and the room overlooked the main pedestrianised Nguyen Hue. Unfortunately while we were there a stage had been set up for a weekend event - which while not an issue in itself - was a problem as they were practicing until 3:00am at loud and varying noise levels (literally 75dB according to phone app). This highlighted poor noise insulation through the windows of the hotel room.
