Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with a few standout experiences. However, there are repeated complaints about noise levels, lack of privacy in the bathrooms, and the closure or poor condition of key amenities such as the rooftop bar. Cleanliness and room comfort receive occasional positive mentions, but issues with service, strange smells, and value for price are noted by several reviewers.AI-Generated from customer reviews
