Cons (-) After checking in, the room was messed up!!! It was not cleaned, the mattresses was on the wall. I checked with the front desk and they found out through air pads that the room had bed bugs and never informed me!!! I had to call booking.com to find another hotel and pay another fee for the hotel room and still did not get re-imbursed!! I will never use air pads again!!!
