Cons (-) They charged us more than we had already paid online. Nobody helped us with our big suitcases.
Pros (+) The Ambassador Hotel has a wonderfully responsiveness staff who were willing to help. For example, our toddler locked us out of the in-room safe and a maintenance person came immediately to open it. The hotel also has filtered water machines and re-usable bottles, which I liked. The gym and laundry were good. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach.
Cons (-) The sliding glass window in our room was quite old and a lot of street sound came through, though this was not much of a problem when the fan was running. Overall, the hotel is in need of updating, especially for the kitchen cabinets and flooring.
